Part Two

As I pulled up to Mckenna’s house she was just starting to come out of the door. I quickly parked my fourteen year old red Honda Accord nicknamed Jerry—Mckenna and I named our cars together when we were sixteen. She had a fifteen year old green Honda Accord named Ben.  As Mckenna ran to meet me, her wavy, fiery red hair blew in the wind looking like a flame. She had subtle blue eyes that contrasted with her bright red hair, making them look mysterious. As I got out of the car Mckenna yelled, “You’ll never guess who asked me for my number after school!?!?!?” Of course I already knew who it was. There was only one person Mckenna would ever get this excited about. Jason Marshal. Jason was tall, lean, and had amazing golden brown hair. Yes, I thought he was attractive; but I didn’t get why Mckenna liked him so much. Jason was extremely popular he was actually one of Liam’s best friends. But Jason had this way about him that made it him fun to be around. He was really nice, but not very smart. Then again he was on the football team—actually the captain of the football team, and with Mckenna being on the school’s hip-hop team it seemed like a match made in heaven. But I decided to play along with Mckenna’s happy moment and replied, “Who?” in an equally excited voice. “Jason Marshal!!!” she piped out barely breathing. “No way! What did he say?” “He asked if I was going to Blake’s party tonight, and then he asked me for my number! He said he would see me there!”  Mckenna looked as if she was going to pass out from retelling the whole story. It took her a few minutes to calm down. Then we went inside.
