The captain commander called a captains's meeting.

All of the captains are present.

And, the conversation will start.

"Captain, why are we called here?" Komamura asked

"I call you here for an announcement ." The Head Captain, Genryusai "Shigikuni" Yamamoto said

"If it is an announcement. There should be vice captains, right?" Jushiro asked

"No, this is not related to the safety of the Soul Society or Human World.
Or something like that.
It is only about the 12 of you." The Head Captain said

Many of them are confused about what will the head captain said.
And also, curious about what will the head captain say.

"What does that mean, head captain? Why only the 12 of us?" Toshiro asked

"I plan on something with the 12 of you." The Head Captain said

"What do you plan, head captain?" Byakuya asked

"I will group you." The Head Captain said

Or we will be an official group after we will be grouped?" Mayuri asked

"Pretty interesting. I want to be grouped with him, if that's it. I agree to group." Kenpachi said

Which is Shunsui Kyoraku and Jushiro Ukitake.
The others won't agree.
And also, the others can't decide.

"Only 3 agreed?" The Head Captain asked

Then, also 6 more people agreed.
Which are Toshiro Hitsugaya, Soi Fong, Retsu Unohana, Komamura Sajin, Kensei Muguruma and Rojuro Otoribashi.

"So, the 3 of you don't agree?" The Head Captain asked, Byakuya Kuchiki, Shinji Hirako, and Mayuri Kurotsuchi.

"I don't like that idea, head captain. The group have a chance that they won't get along." Byakuya said

"Tch. I don't like being group with them." Mayuri said

"I also don't want to group with them." Shinji said
