It all started when our eyes locked on the first day of school. Those gorgeous blue eyes stared into my brown ones. Then I was forced to look away when I heard my name being called from the front of the classroom.
'Lea, if you aren't going to pay attention, I prefer you leave.'
'Sorry, didn't mean to be a distraction.'
I was always that one girl that did always did well in school, never got into any form of trouble, never into any boys, and never had a lot of friends. I only ever had one friend and her name was Amanda. She is all I ever wanted in a friend, she was always there for me when I needed her, caring, sweet, hyper, and just over all an amazing friend. Amanda understands me more than anyone in my life, I never talk to my parents, but when I do talk to them, we end up fighting. Amanda is seriously the most sweetest girl that you will ever meet.
As the school day passed I never saw that boy with blue eyes, but he never left my mind. I talked to Amanda about him nonstop. Amanda kept saying that his name is Taylor. Taylor has the perfect blonde hair that just happened to flow the right way, and his eyes were just the perfect shade of blue.
Before I knew it, the school day was over and I was dreading going back home because I knew that I would get into a fight with my parents about who knows what. So I had Amanda go home with me just to be sure. When I get into a fight with my parents, I shut down and I don't talk to them and sometimes I starve myself for dinner. Amanda is the only person that I can trust to know that I get into fights with my parents. As soon as I walk into the house, I hear my parents fighting.
'Can I stay the night with you, I cant stay here with them while they are like this.' I asked as I start to cry.
'Lea, its going to be okay, you can stay the night if you really have to and I will call my mom and let her know.' Amanda was telling me as she pulled me into a tight hug.
