"This is so cliché."
"What's that mean?"
"This idea is overused." I giggled.
"Shuddup." He laughed. "I don't want you to see yet."
"Why? You think telling me to bring a swim suit didn't give it away already?"
He didn't answer me. Just turned up the radio and sang along, which did make me be quite- I love listening to him sing.
"We're here." He said. I reached upwards to take off this 'blindfold' which I am sure this is probably his shirt. "Nope." He said grabbing my hands.
"What?" I whined.
"Not yet."
"But you said we were here."
"Wait." I heard the car door open and close quickly. The wait for my door to be opened was short, yet it felt long.
"Just follow my voice." He said.
"You're not going to let me run into a tree or something are you?" I asked.
"Of course not!" He let out a loud laugh. "There aren't many trees around here anyways."
She nodded and followed his sound.
"Is this weird?" He suddenly asked.
"What do you mean?" I asked.
"Like us...? Going on a date. We've been best friends as far back as I can remember." He said. "There's a rock to your left."
I stepped to the right slightly. "Do you think its weird?"
"Step over this log thing." He said taking my hands in his, slowly guiding me over. "It'd weird. Like- I don't know. But its good weird?" He questioned himself.
I nodded shrugging. "I feel the same I guess."
"Okay stop." He said.
"Can I take this off now?" I asked after not getting an orders to do so after about a minute of standing there.
"Yeah."
"Fantastic." I said untying it from the back.
"And?"
"Wha-" There were lights strung on the sandy beach along a blanket. It was so simple but so elegant. Especially since the sun was setting. I noticed a picnic basket sitting on
"Its not much-- I just thought it'd be nice." He shrugged.
"It's beautiful Niall." I smiled.
"It's so quite out here." He smiled. "Compared to what I usually deal with."
"Even though you love it loud." I laughed.
"Love it so much." He said taking my hand and leading me to the blanket. We sat down next to each other. "I do."
"It's funny how things really turned out how you wanted it huh?" I said.
He nodded.
"So," I said looking over the beach. "What do you have planned?"
