Surprise Times 2

"I'LL LIGHT THE candles. You go and get ready," Welcy told Sandy as Jane and Yassy held up small poppers.

Sandy nod. "Okay."

"Ate, I'm hearing sounds. Baka palabas na si Ate Ivine," mahinang wika ni Jane.

"Okay, let's get ready, here's Welcy," she said when Welcy came with the cake in both hands.

Manager Shin was with them as they wait for their leader to come out. It's her 29th birthday and she doesn't have any idea what they will do right now.

A few seconds later, the door opened and Jane and Yassy popped the poppers. Ate Ivine screamed in surprised because she easily got scared.

"Happy birthday, ate!" they chorused.

Natawa ito habang hawak ang dibdib. "You scared me. Oh thank you."

"Make a wish," Welcy said at inilapit ang cake rito.

"Oh, okay," she said and close her eyes before blowing out the candles after a few seconds.

"Yey!"

Ngumiti ito. "Salamat. Ang aga ginulat niyo ako."

"Nag-order na ako ng pagkain. Darating na yun maya-maya. Huwag ka na magluto," wika ng handler nila.

"Manager Shin, baka nakakalimutan niyo na hindi papayag to na walang seaweed soup sa hapag," ani Yassy.

"Oo nga," dugtong naman ni Sandy.

Natawa sila dahil napabuga ng hangin ang ginong. "Oo nga pala. O siya sige, kayo ang bahala."

"Mamayang lunch yung party mo with the fans, ate di ba?" tanong ni Welcy.

"Yeah."

Tinitingnan nila ito habang nagluluto ito ng seaweed soup. Sakto naman na natapos itong magluto ay dumating ang inorder na pagkain ng handler nila.

Dumating ang iba nilang mga handlers and stylist kaya maingay tuloy ang agahan nila.

But it's worth it because it's Ate Ivine's birthday. Minsan lang mangyari ito dahil hindi lahat ng oras ay nakakasama nila ito kapag ganito. Sa mga ganitong okasyon ay  silang lima lang o minsan ay si Manager Shin at Ate She ang naroon.

After they had that wonderful breakfast, they took a few minutes rest before fixing up. Lunch time is for Ate Ivine's birthday party with the fans. Because it became a habit every year, it's not surprising anymore, but is memorable.

Pero ang hindi alam ng leader nila ay meron silang surpresa rito mamayang gabi. At lahat ay nakakaalam maliban rito.

And this is all because of Kuya Brace. Syempre, dahil sa mahal nito ang asawa ay gusto nitong maging memorable ang 29th birthday ng kabiyak dahil next year daw ay 30 na ito.

Sandy laugh when she remembered how the lad came to them to tell his plans. And Sandy can't wait for it anymore.

Hindi lang si Ate Ivine ang isosurprise ni Sandy mamaya. She and JM already talked about it and they want to tell everybody about it later.

She just hope they will took it well too. After Welcy came back only two years ago, it looks like they will go back to that set up again.

She sigh as she look herself in the mirror. She's nervous, really nervous, but she have to act cool. It's now or never.

Akmang maglalagay na siya ng lipstick nang tumunog ang cellphone niya.

She smile when his name flashes on the screen. She pick it up and answer it.
