Emily and Eileen had discussed the preparations involved with being a Super Model,  which was the lucrative job that was offered to Emily.

First there was some immediate training, not to lose weight because Emily already had the look but redefining some of the body parts for some of the bathing suit outfits that were to be worn.

Along with gown,  tight pants and tee shirts that would be wet,  and seeing her chest without a bra on while wet.  So some training was necessary.

Fitness Model Ryan Gentles,  was just the lady for the job.  She is also a model plus a fitness trainer.  She was ready to show Emily just what the job required,  and knew that Emily could easily past this exercise regimen.

Emily was around 5 ft. 11 inches tall.  About 130 pounds,  not super thin,  but just right for the job.  Just a little tweaking in places.

A workout would consist of high-knees combined with jumping rope. As Ryan said,  it gets the heart going!  Then off. To yogi sit-ups.  Next day Emily was doing a plank on a stability ball,  which of course,  isn't stable at all, but stabilizing every part of her core.  Emily. Did whatever she had to do in order to get her body ready for the clothes that she was about to wear.

She was eager and very excited. Next was making sure that her diet was balanced.  The diet mainly consisted of.eaying six mini meals.per day,  along with exercising 6 days per week.

Meals such as fruit, veggies,  4oz lean meat, lots of water,  1 protein shake,  very little carbs, but could have 1 serving of oatmeal with almond or coconut milk unsweetened.  No sugars except from fruit.

After about 6 solid weeks of this training and new regimen,  Emily was in tip top shape to start her new modeling career.  She was a little nervous but also eager to start.

Next she was on to learning the how to properly walk and turn going down the run way.  This is fun and it wouldn't take too long for Emily to catch on to the moves.  Walking like a CAT.
