Monday morning was my favorite time of the week when I was in high school. Do I need to mention I received my weekly money in that period of time? Probably. Fancy and yummy breakfast was always ready on the table every morning, dessert  was always made every evening.

3 years later after I graduated from a university, Monday morning is not a good period of the week for a 24 years old who works as a simple assistant for an international company name that own branches of workplaces in many country.

I work in a small country but the amount works still keep me busy, sometimes even in the weekend. I always try my best and put the work ahead of myself. My boss, Mr. Tim, is really nice and all the colleagues are kind and hilarious and the best part about the office is when Mr. Tim bought use snack and sometimes smoothies or coffee and tea. He always try to lift our spirits.

My parents moved to a countryside a few years ago and have their own farm which is really nice with all the animals and some crops. My big brother, Austin joins the army and we only get together on holiday, except Austin often visits me from times to times. Surprise visits in my apartment.

One time he walked in on me half naked dancing in the kitchen while tried to bake a red velvet cake which was a failed. I didn't mind the fact that he saw me naked it's because he was recording it and use it as a weapon to threaten me. If I don't do what he told me he'll put it on YouTube. What a nice brother.

I walk into the bathroom slowly and lazily to take a nice warm shower before put on a blue sweater over a white buttoned up shirt and a white pair of pants that looks good with a pair of sandals not to forget my black rim glasses.

I continously walk down the stairs that lead directly from my bedroom to the floor below and groaned loudly after I realized I didn't prep my breakfast the night before so I pull out my chocolate cereal and milk while checking my email from my phone. Seeing no emergency email, I decided to open my Instagram and scroll through the posts.

I don't pay much attention to my lunch food since there's a café near the office that is my favorite. After I finished the food I washed the bowl and grab a bottle of water. I locked the door and proceed to the bus station. It's kind of nice riding a bus.

"Hey Tina!" I smiled at Tina the front desk assistant when I arrived at the office. "Good morning Quinn!" She waved back. "Please hold the elevator!" I shouted to whomever in the elevator to wait for me. I smile at Harry one of the IT on the 4th floor. "Morning Har" I chuckled awkwardly at him.

Harry is the kind of quiet guy like you have in high school with his combed hair and glasses. He got the cute nerd looks and a great body. He's not well-built but he's also not chubby he also has a few girl in the office that like him.

"Morning!" He smiled.

Within a few seconds later, the elevator doors open revealing the third floor, Harry's floor. He smiled genuinely at me before walking out with a paper bag in his hand.

I continue to my 6th floor, the higest floor, mine and Mr. Tim's floor. Our building is pretty small compare to the other. I headed straight to Mr. Tim's office and bring him the coffee that I bought earlier on the way home.

"Good morning, Mr. Tim. Here's your coffee." I said and handed him the cup and wait for him to see if there's anything I need to do before I go to my office to re-order the file and arrange a meeting today since it's nearly the end of the month .

"Morning Quinn. I need you to pick up a box of files that need to be signed which arrived in 2 hours and order 10 dozens of donuts for lunch today there's a lot of works today so as a nice sweet angel I have to give something back." I chuckled at his lively attitude. As a 55 years old man he never fails to be happy.

"Yes, sir!" I said "do you need anything else?"

"Oh I almost forgot, I need you to cancel the meeting today and I want you, Harry, and Felicity to come to my office half an hour before lunch. That's all you can go now." He smiled at me.

I nodded and get out of the office. Why does he need us there? Felicity Jenn, a loud extrovert that really welcome me and take care of me since I first started here. She's a year older than me and have that goofy attitude that everybody loves.

Harry's quite good with computer so Mr. Tim might need us to do something really important and Fel is great with number but me? I'm just an assistant that put my work ahead of myself because I love it.

I tried not to worry about it because there're works to do. I walked into the pantry that's located in the floor below and make myself a tea. Felicity is standing next to the window sipping her hot coffee slowly. Like there's nothing to do. I shake my head and smile.

"Hey there Quinny." She said and winked at me as soon as she sees me.

"Hey Fel. I don't know why but Mr. Tim wanted us to meet him an hour before lunch. You me and Harry." I said.

"He might gives us a promotion." He raised her eyebrows.

"And make me become everyone assistant? No thanks." I put my hands up in defense.

"Bye. I need to conquer my works before I have a mental breakdown." She said before making a dramatic exit. I chuckled because Felicity Jenn would always has a reason to be optimistic and breaking down would be the last thing on her list. I returned to my office and do some works before the box arrive and remind myself not to forget to call Harry about the meeting.

I try to lift the box from the receptionist counter and its surprised me how heavy it is. I can see there's a classic yellow sticky note on the box that's says "Mr. Tim only." Ooh what so secret about it. I'm starting to get curious now.

After I gave my boss the box I went back to my office to continue some paperwork.

I glanced at the clock and see that it's time to go to the main office. I can see Felicity and Harry sitting on a sofa in the office before our boss and they're about to begin.

"Ahh Q! Right on time." Mr. Tim said and I smiled at him, he continued.

"So I'm going to make this short. You three will be sending to work in the biggest quarter located in capital city. You'll work there forever... well unless you quit. You are going to go tomorrow and none of you will stay late because you'll need some time to pack and this isn't a choice sorry." He said with an apologetic look.

Shock appeared on our faces. We're moving to the capital city.
