Fear. Was the only feeling that ran through my blood. Panic. Dancing in my heart. Run. That's the only thing I can think of, it's the only thing my body will allow me to do. I have to escape, dodging past trees. My life depended on it. The crunching of leaves is the only thing I can hear, definitely mine but I can't hear hers. Did she stop chasing me? I slowed down just a little, my instinct telling me to keep going. I hide behind a tree, breath hitching. Slowing my breathing down, composing myself. I listened, it was quiet. Too quiet for my liking. Until at that moment, I felt a strong grip around my neck.
"You think you're smart enough to get away from me?" A voice hissed in my ear. It was hard to breathe, everything was getting blurry.
"I'll make sure, it won't happen again ever!"The voice was getting distant , black filled my vision. Everything was numb.
