Hearts on Fire(Cinder x Male Reader 2)

Part 1

__Cinder's POV__

You're sleeping by (Y/N)'s bed . You feel your head shift, waking you up. You yawn and look at (Y/N) awake with his one eye open.

"You're awake!"

You hug him and he pulls you closer. He kisses you and you're slightly shocked by it, but you melt into it. You both pull apart after a few seconds and look into each other's eyes.

"I missed you Cinder."

"I missed you too (Y/N)."

You kiss him again and you begin to cry. It's not a sad kind of cry, it's one of great joy. You hear the door opening so you end the kiss. You turn and see the doctor coming in.

"Mr. (L/N) I see you are awake. I have a question for you. Due to damage we had to take out your eye, would you like us to build you a robotic eye to replace it?"

"Yes, I would."

"Good, we should have it available in a few weeks. Until then just wear an eye patch and rest."

"Ok got it doc."

He walks out the room and you look back at Cinder who is looking into your eye.

"I thought you would never wake up, babe."

"And I never thought I would be able to see you again."

You grab her and kiss her again, then start to sit up on the side of the hospital bed.

"It's good to be back." You crack your neck and sit completely up.

"Now where are my guns and armor?"

"In our room."

"Good. Go get the team and I'll grab my gear. Meet me at Dusty's Coffee with all of them."

"You sure you're ok to drive?"

"I'm fine, trust me. Oh, and don't tell them I'm awake. I want to surprise them."

"Ok, babe see you there."
