Chapter 2- Just Tell Me
"WHAT DID YOU DO TO HER?"
"I swear......"
"We didn't do anything"
"YESSS!!!."
"Oh yeah right... And Hades is ice skating down in hell."
There was a groan from the figure lying on the burgundy coloured couch. Her eyes fluttered open, only to be greeted with the sight of multiple figures facing each other.
"Shhh........ I think she's coming around."
"Lily, sweetheart, are you all right?"
Ara's face loomed over Lily, her forehead crinkled in concern.
"Wha-what happened..." she asked groggily
"Well umm... I'm not sure, but 'apparently' you fainted."
"Oh.. Oh dear Merlin Ara ... I had the most horrible dream."
"What happened?" 3 curious voices chorused
"Well.... I was just congratulating Remus on becoming Head Boy when he told me he wasn't! Do you know who the Head Boy really was?"
Everyone in the room gave each other nervous knowing looks, hoping against hope this wasn’t headed where they thought it was headed.
"Uh… wh..who?" Alice asked timidly.
"JAMES! FREAKIN! POTTER!"
"Oh! Ummm..." The three girls looked at Lily unsurely, as if they were looking for the right moment to break the news,that her owl Houdini had passed away.
"OH NOO!!! Nothing bad happened to Houdini right?"
"What?" Oh umm... No"
"Then why do you guys look like someone died?"
"You tell her"
"No you tell her!"
"No she'll kill me, you do it!"
"And it would be better if she killed me?"
"..Or me?"
"Yes?... I mean.. She would be less likely to kill you than she would me."
Their bickering would've continued on for eons and eons if the devil himself hadn't decided to interrupt.
"OH FOR MERLINS SAKE! I'll tell her...." He caught my death glare and seemed to shrink under it, continuing on with a timid voice that trembled with fear.
"Umm... You know what? On second thoughts, I think it's be better if one of you girls told her…after all, you a-a-are her best friends right"
He said backing away to cower behind the girls. Why he was in the Heads compartment in the first place, was beyond her.
Just as Ara was about to open her mouth,
"BANG!"
The compartment door was thrown off its hinges and in barged
........drum roll please..........
........The one and only......
.......SIRIUS BLACK!.......
"Hey, James mate! Who would have thought, Ai? Our Jamesi.........Uhh....... Am I interrupting something?"
Sirius seemed to only now notice the panicked stares he was receiving
"Sirius... Um ..... She doesn't know" James said nodding his head in my direction.
"She DOSEN'T know??"
"NO!" Several voices yelled
"Will you lot stop talking about me like I'm not there?
Now what don't I know?"
The others exchanged nervous glances, while shifting uncomfortably under her gaze.
If anyone were to look through the glass window of the compartment they would be greeted with the sight of 7 figures frozen in time, 6 pairs of eyes wide in fear staring at the majestic figure of a girl draped around the burgundy couch her expression majestically terrifying, like a queen ready to judge a trial of great importance, as thunderous as the swirling sea and as impatient as a new born.
The room was frozen in tense anticipation, the room so completely silence that all that was heard was the over bearing sound of the clock ticking its rhythmic tune, no one dared to breath or move, letting the slow trickle of perspiration dribble down the ends of their nose until with an audible
SPLAT!!!
It landed on the floor.
“Weelllll…Are..you..going ..to..tell..me or just stand around like a bunch of bumbling buffoons?”
Lily asked her voice so soft they could barely hear it, but with a sharp undertone.
No one dared move, they all stood as still as statues waiting for someone, even Merlin himself to come to their rescue. After it became clear that no one was going to come to their rescue the teen’s resigned themselves to their inevitable doom, James sighing in defeat. He took a brave step forward and lifted his honey hazel eyes to connect with green.
“The ..We…I-II-II… Umm..” he trailed off unsure where to begin.
“Are you going to just stand there gaping like a fish out of water!’
“I .. N-no…..

Short chapter I know… but hey I wanted to create suspense, and I know what you are all thinking… gosh she’s just making the most trivial thing so freakin dramatic… I’m soo sorry, but I just want the beginning chapters to be light…. Before the threat outside the walls of Hogwarts becomes extremely real….oh yes…. Duh… offcourse I’m going to be bringing Voldemort into this ;)…. Anyways… I’m soooo sorry for these late updates but I’m been sick… mentally sick anyways and I just can’t get the energy to do anything… I’ve been like a zombie going through my day to day life, and only doing things on the spur of the moment, anyways I shall really try to get these monthly updates to a weekly one.
