This needs to be explained. I remember my teacher telling me once there used to be a class all about taxes and banking stuff like that. You no longer have that in high school though. It's important but I guess parents could tell us, right?

Human rights and laws are important. Why are human right and laws important? Well human rights are between us and the government of power this power is limited by human rights. Laws are keeping us from trouble in the world. And if only in some perfect world would keep that kind of trouble away. Laws are absolutely positively needed.
Why? I'll tell you why. Congress makes the laws when someone in the House of Representatives. They make a bill first. Bills are drafts of the proposed law. Congress last two years in the time senators and representatives introduce many of bills. Some of the bills will become laws. Besides that laws should be learned. However if you break a law and you know it was you should in fact be in jail.

I don't know how much money it takes for having a kid but over time I have noticed things if you live on your own and go for simple groceries my guess would be grabbing 25-30 dollars. If you had a family that would be much more.

I was in fact taught how to vote.
Cursive is important in life when you go to a museum of any kind and see something wrote by someone such as George Washington or Abraham Lincoln we wouldn't be able to read it because we didn't know cursive nor we could write it and some schools actually don't teach cursive to where people say it could be a secret way to communicate. Now that's insane.
School is important and so is education of things going on in the real world. Honestly those classes in school need to come back. But otherwise if you have time ask your parents/guardians.
