Happy faces, smiles all around

Absolutely nothing sad to be found

But hidden behind the light

There is said to be fright

Obviously everyone lied

Because everyone has their dark side

Transparent like glass

Opaque like wood

Everyone has their dark side

Just the way they should

All the light that shines

And fills up your mind

All those wonderful times

Have made you blind

Even if your laughter never died

Everyone does have a dark side

Understand it now... Before its too late

Time always goes on

It never waits

Before someone takes it wrong

Tell them even if they've never cried

Everyone... Even you have a dark side!
