The Candor Boy

I woke up, my alarm clock read 6:30, I jumped out of bed, brushed my teeth, took a shower, put clean Candor clothes on, and ate breakfast. I got out of the average Candor house I've lived in my whole life, I walked to school, admiring the scenery as I passed by it, when I got to school, they were already calling kids to take their aptitude test, I was at school for an hour when I heard them call, My name, Will Howard, I wiped the sweat off my hands and walked to the the aptitude test room they told me to go to. When I got in the room, the person who was taking my test results looked in his mid 20s and had piercings and tattoos on his body, he told me his name was Felix, he hooked me up the chair and began the test. After I finished the test, he looked confused, then looked at me in the eyes and said in a quite voice "You're Divergent." I knew what it meant, I heard rumors in my school about the Divergent but I Didn't believe it. I asked him what my results were and he said "They say Dauntless and Candor" I nodded my head and I started walking away when he says "Don't tell anybody you're divergent, not even your family!" I nodded my head, a little scared now and walked back to my class.

The rest of the day flew by, and the next day, it was time for the choosing ceremony, after a bunch of kids going up, and choosing the faction they will stay in, the rest of their lifes, then I heard my name "Will Howard" I walked up slowly, and took a deep breath, at first I looked at the Candor bowl, and then I walked over to the Dauntless bowl, and dropped a drip of blood into the Dauntless bowl, I watched the audience as the stared at me, and then I walked off the stage to the Dauntless area, and after a while of waiting, all the Dauntless were leaving, we quickly rushed to the train station , all of the Dauntless born were jumping on the trains, so I jumped on.  I am very skinny, but I am strong, from constantly working around the house, because my parents were to selfish and lazy to do it their selves.  I got on easily, all the initiates got on, but as the train slowed down, we had to jump to a building below us, three people stayed on the train, that meant they failed initiation and were going to be factionless.  I made it across easily, but I tumbled a bit as I fell.  The next task was to jump down this hole, at the bottom I believe there was a net but, I wasn't sure, I waited for the 1st person to jump, then I made my way up-front and jumped, it was scared me, but it felt good to land in a net, someones hand reached in and helped me out, quickly one by one, people landed in the net and were helped out.  We were guided through dark tunnels, into a huge open room, with lots of targets and guns.  Our instructor (Hazel) picked up a gun, turned really fast, and shot one of the targets, barely even aiming, I was the first took walk over and pick one up, after everybody took one, she took us to the targets, and we practiced shooting, the best shooter was this girl named Jane, she was from Abnegation, she was a really good shot.  I was pretty good with the gun, I understanded how to use one, but it was also quite challenging.  After a while of shooting, we were lead to our dormitory, and we went to sleep.
