Stick Up For Me

*2 weeks later* (because I'm a lazy shit lol soznotsoz)

Rhetts POV:

"come on linky, eat up." I smile nudging his skinny arms slightly.

He has improved so much since his last break down, ever since that therapy and his new diagnosis, link has started to regain his bright blue eyes.. Unlike those dull grey ones he had.

Its still a tough journey though, He doesn't want to eat, sleeping is hard and his anxiety levels are higher all the time because of those damn voices.
The therapist said he had psychosis.
And that's why he is anxious all the time, also they make him angry too.. Which isn't good with the kids around. But anyway we are getting there!

We are also thinking of starting GMM again, the mythical beasts are really worried, but link doesn't know that. We have kept that a secret from link because of his stress levels and all.

"there we go See, it's not that bad is it?!" I smiled as he took another bite of his waffles, it was a weird feeling encouraging a grown man take a bite of his food.. And it made me feel bad, it's hard not notice how much weight he had lost. I quietly sighed.

"i-im sorry." Link said under his breath, "What no no Link I'm just tired, you're doing really well!! Sorry that sigh sounded like it was aimed at you but it wasn't I promise baby!" I realised my mistake and hoped link would go along with me, and he did.

"okay then rhett, your food is really good by the way." link smirked for the first time throughout the whole meal.
"awwww thanks linkypoo! Its great to see you eating." I blushed and kissed him on the cheek, and with that he took a few more mouthfuls! I was extatic.. Until I heard a familiar voice come from the stairs next to us, Jessie.

"Baby? Linkypoo?! A kiss on the cheek?!! R-rhett.. We.. WE are married! I should have seen this from the start! Oh and I bet links just saying he's crazy so he can stay in our house! You know what?! GET OUT OUR HOUSE YOU PATHETIC BASTARD!" Jessie screamed at link, who was petrified, he got up and ran upstairs to get his stuff.

" JESSIE!!? " Rhett quickly stood up in shock.

" OH SHUT UP OF COURSE YOU WOULD STICK UP FOR YOUR LITTLE BOYFRIEND! "

" Jessie stop with the shouting! Link has serious problems you bitch! Did you know that I actually loved you aswell as link!! But you have shown me that I can't, yeah I love link! And I'm sorry for loving him.. But I can't help it!! He did nothing wrong though so why the fuck did you shout at him?!?!?!" Rhett lost his temper.

" FUCK YOU RHETT! "

Links POV:

All I heard was shouting.. Just unbearably loud shouting, it was like my mother and father. Suddenly I had this horrible feeling in my stomach, ran the bathroom and started to vomit. I was angry at myself because of all the hard work I had forcing down that food.

"Look what you've done Charles."

No. Nononono! Not now!!! I thought to myself. I rubbed my eyes as my head started filling with the voices again.

"You have ruined Rhetts life."

It was sinister, I tried to follow what the doctor said, "youre in control not the voices, you have to tame them."

"No I didnt! His life isnt ruined, Rhett told me that everything happens for a reason!!!" I fought my hardest against them, but it felt pointless without rhett by my side.

I started to vomit again.
"It's for your own good charles! You shouldnt add on to your double chin!" The voice snickered at me as I was hunched over the toilet bowl in agony.

I didnt bother fighting them again, I let them do their job.
"see were only helping you, Rhett won't love you if your fat will he!?"

I understood where they were coming from, I couldn't bare the thought of Rhett leaving me. "Thankyou" I said to the voices.
I was laid out on the bathroom floor my stomach exhausted and my throat burnt by the stomach acid.

They were still arguing and I realised I was still in the house, so I forced my self up off the cold floor and into the guest room.

I packed my bag and I left.
I didn't know where to, but anywhere away from Jessie.
