Although it was not so much that anyone besides Skyler Jackson could even begin to notice. There was something special about her that nobody knew. Not even her parents. She was a magician, and not the kind that everybody went to see like the dinky little card tricks or playing with the tigers. No, all those magicians have tricks they pull to make them appear to be magic. Skyler, however can use real magic. Her powers include shapeshifting and elemental magic. Yet there is nothing that Skyler can do to stop the outbursts of magical energy. Some of which can be harmful to other people.

Now that you know about the main character why don't we get into a Skyler's POV.

Skyler's POV

It was just a normal morning and I was deep in the depths of my family's field. Nothing was more peaceful than listening to music, reading, or playing with a little bit of magic. I was super into a book called Roomies when my phone buzzed. I loved working on electronics and creating robots. My phone was one of my favorite inventions just one of its abilities included transforming itself into a wristwatch. The only bad thing was the time that it told it was 7:30 and school started at 8:25. I lived so far out in the boonies that I  was going to be late. I didn't care about being late as much as some people but I still needed to get their early enough to beat Steve McArthur, then most likely be forced to fight with him, be sent to the principals office and finally be sent off with a slap on the wrist. I had been sent to the principals office so many times he expected me to be there at 8:33 every morning. It even gave him a laugh. Little did I know two minutes after 8:33 the principal of Norview High would be dead in his everyday school chair right on front of the pictures of his daughters and beloved wife.
