One song in particular holds so much meaning to me.
Who knew that songs could have this kind of effect?
Something as small as a verse had such a meaningful impact simply on the way I looked out towards my uncertain future
The line says, "there's a chance in never knowing / there's a hope in holding on"
Most people may hear that and think nothing of it But to me, it holds lots of meaning because I've never had anything stable for more than 2-3 years at a time and i just kinda lost hope in my future
Moving around my entire life deprived me of things i can't get back, like those childhood friends you grow up going to school with and playing with all the time - I was never able to experience this
and so this verse is something i seek refuge in, something I look to for comfort
The future will always be uncertain, but that's what makes it interesting
Tomorrow you could win the lottery, you could meet the love of your life, you could get eaten by a sharkpoint is, WHO KNOWSand that's so exciting and scary at the same timeIt's what makes life life
