It was a peaceful Sunday morning.
Usually Sunday mornings were peaceful but something about today was very serene and it was quiet beautiful.
Emma poured herself a cup of tea and stepped out into the backyard. She was instantly wrapped in nature's cold embrace and welcomed by it's tiny soft,wet kisses. She took a deep breath of the chill air and sipped her hot tea.
"You're up early."
Emma recognized the voice and smiled slightly. Her cheeks were already red from the cold so you couldn't tell, but she was blushing.
"It's only seven o'clock, Hun." She turned towards her wife who was snuggled up in the hammock with a warm blue blanket. Regina replied, " You don't usually get up until ten."
Emma laughed and set the cup down on the floor and crawled into the hammock. Regina wrapped the blanket around her along with arms and held her tightly.
"Well maybe I should start getting up earlier so I'll have more time to spend with you. " Emma said. She lifted her chin up and looked at Regina.
"I'd love that," Regina leaned down and kissed Emma softly. They remained there for a few more hours, listening to the faint pitter patter of the rain. And they didn't get cold because they had each other. And it was beautiful.
i know i havent been active lately..and i apologize. i havent been motivated to write anything at all. but im kind of feeling it now.
i know this chapter was short. dont hate me pls. but i didnt want to post just an authors note because thats boring and so is this but not the pointtttt
anyway. this book is going to be under construction. im editing everything because im really bad at writing. and yeah.
