It was an ordinary day for me I was walking home from school and I noticed something odd. I happened to see a guy I have never seen before, he was tall dark and handsom...the perfect guy I thought as he walked past I went to give a double take and realized he did the same. As soon as I quickly turned back I felt a soft hand touch my shoulder...it was the guy I was scared out of my mind I thought he would be just like the ones at school and think im such a weirdo for staring but all he said was ,hi I'm Jason ... I was left speechless I didn't know What to say a guy like him doesnt usually approach me like he did. All that left my mouth was a very awkward hello...it was silent for what felt like minutes until he broke the silence by saying and you. I said oh I'm Conner . the conversation ended with him giving me his number and me of course being the awkward girl I am said , LETS MEET UP SOMETIME!I thought I freaked him out until he said that would be great...I thought this was the greatest thing ever but I soon found out it was far from it. The next day goes by we had decided to meet the people he hangs out with and I was so excited no one could ever match the excitment I felt it was so cool ive never even gotten close to a guy that wasnt my father or some random putting a mean letter on my back all I could think about is who are the people he wanted me to meet and why did I need to know so urgent in to the relashionship. I was so scared i didnt know what to do I didnt know if I should worry or be happy because these guys sounded scary. He told me to stand my grounds and they wont mess with me. He said they will be my new "family" I didn't really know what that meant but it sounds awesome to have someone there for me like they people he talks about because being from a broken family is rough my dad died when I was 4 and my mother is abusive and both of my siblings commited suicide when I turned 9. I felt as if I could cry at the fact of having people care for me like my father once did
