"Are you nervous ?" Ally asked
" No way dude , I'm way to exited to be nervous"
Corinas POV.
"Tonights the night , I finally get to reveal that I'm 5Hs newest member. I've been behind the scenes , that's people don't know. Some fans have heard or noticed that there were 5 voices in our new album and had thought that Camila's coming back.
I just hope people dont me see as Camila's replacement because I hate being compared to other people.
"You girls are on in 5" said the Stage Manager
"You ready Cori" said Normani
"Yeah Let's get Lit" said Corina
"Its not gonna catch on " Dinah said
We took our places on stage and I already now that people are confused as to why there are 5 female figures on stage. I say figures because the lighting settings make it seem as if we are shadows.
(AN I can't remember what song 5H performed on the VMAs but let's just say it was 'Down')
As we are performing I can see some confused WTF faces. Some may know who I am cause im not irrelevant. Before I was scouted by 5H I made covers on YouTube. We finish the performance and well this is what went down (lolz I'm punny IK)
Ok so the girls nod the head motioning for me to go and introduce myself.
"Ok so you guys might be wondering, Who dis chick , well I'm Corina Mayers and I am the newest member to 5H. Now , I don't want you guys to think of me as a replacement , but rather a new member. We love each and everyone one of you guys and hope you enjoyed" said Corina
"You were amazing Cori " Laren
"Ya you killed it" said Dniah
So we take our seats and my intentions were to check how everyone is feeling about me joining 5H but our manager knew my plan and took my phone. She said I shouldn't stress about what the media is saying.
So I was enjoying the show expect for the fact that this brunette boy\man keeps staring at me. I know it was a change , but geese , he's making it seem as if I'm an alien from Mars or something.
A few performances later I finally got rid of that feeling you get when someone's watching you , but then I see this dude on stage. I already don't like him. My mood changed when he started singing. I didn't know if it was a coincidence , but he was looking in my direction so I smiled , then he smiled and looked away.
Laren,Ally,Dinah and Normani are looking at me,"what?" I asked
"You a fan" said Dinah
"What me , I've never even heard that song in my life" said Corina
" I see it already , Corina Marie Mendes
"Is this that dude that sings 'Treat You Better' Shane' said Corina
"Yeah but his names Shawn" said Lauren
