Raines POV

Leaves brush across my fur as I run into the darkened forest. After these past few (very hectic) days, I was in need of a break.

Unfortunately, I now have three kids and a husband to deal with, so my freedom is short lived.

Speaking of which, I've been gone for at least two and a half hours, so if I'm going to bring any blood home, I'd better find it quickly.

I run through the brush until I smell the familiar smoke from a campfire. The blaring music tells me that rowdy teenagers are throwing a party. Works for me.

I duck under some brambles, carefully observing the party before I make my first move. Leaning back on my back paws, I use my weight to catapult me forward.

I latch onto a boys neck with my jaws. He dies after I bite down harshly, snapping his neck clean in half. People are shrieking and running around me by now. I swipe at a girl and she goes flying head first into a tree, where she gets knocked out cold.

I kill her quickly and am about to carry the bodies away, when I see something bright flying at my head. I realize too late what it is, and the fire scorches my fur.

I quickly shift back into my human form and throw the makeshift torch off of my skin. I hear gasps and whispers coming from teenagers hiding in tents and bushes.

"Isn't that Raine Horan?!"

"What kind of a monster is that?"

The last and loudest voice makes me cringe.

"IT KILLED KYLIE AND ANDREW!! LETS KILL IT!!" I hear shouts agreeing to this statement before I take off towards home.

Once I see the brightly lit house, I stop and fall to my knees.

They know we exist. They're going to kill our kind. It's all my fault.

Harry's POV

Me, the boys and our wives all sit around Niall's kitchen table as our kids play in the basement. We are currently playing a very intense game of go fish, and Louis is winning.

He asks Zayn for a five, who replies with a go fish.

"You liar! I know you have a five in there!" Louis yells.

"Prove it!" Zayn fires back.

"I looked at your hand when you went to the bathroom! Give it to me!"

"You little cheater! Why do I even play with you?!"

"Call me little one more time!" Louis threatens.

"Guys! Take it outside! Last time you got in an argument I had to buy new furniture" Niall says exasperatedly. Louis and Zayn obey his command, but not before pushing each other into things on their way out.

I shake my head and look back at my cards. The game continues as normal, Liam wins in the end, while Zayn and Louis fight it out in the yard.

We're about to start a second game, when Raine bursts through the front door. She's as pale as a ghost, staggering over to the table.

Niall rushes over. "What happened? Are you okay?" He asks her, pulling out a free chair for her to sit on.

Raine puts her head in her hands. "I screwed up real bad guys" she whispers, so quiet, I have up strain to hear her.

"Why? What happened?!" Briana ask worriedly. Raine is about to reply, when I hear them.

Police sirens. They're getting closer by the second.

"I swear I didn't mean too! They were trying to kill me!" Raine sobs.

"Who was trying to kill you?! Raine, what happened out there?" Niall presses.

Raine huffs. "I was trying to find some blood to drink, so I attacked a group of teenagers. One of them threw a piece of wood on fire at me, so I changed back into my regular self. They know what we are, they're coming to kill us!" Raine starts panicking.

The sirens are probably about three blocks away now. I jump up from my chair.

"We have to hide the kids" I declare.

Liam's POV (older Liam btw)

We all run frantically around the house. I find Crystal and Willow playing in one of the game rooms. I grab both of them, and run out of the room to find a safe hiding spot for them.

I see that the other adults have found all the other children, and are frantically looking around for a place to hide as well.

"Guys, quickly, follow me!" Niall says and runs down the hallway.

The sirens are a block away.

We run down the hallway, stopping at a spot under a flight of stairs. Niall uses one of his claws to rip the wallpaper at the bottom corner of the wall. He rips a rectangle shape, and then peels it back, revealing a small door.

Louis and Sam yank the door open, and usher the kids inside a small room. Before Ethan steps in, I grab his wrist.

"Take care of everyone, keep them all safe. You, Darcy and Shannon are in charge until we get back" I say sternly. Ethan nods.

The sirens are now at the driveway.

We get everyone in the room, and Shut the door. Niall is just finishing sticking the wallpaper back in place when the front door bursts open.

"POLICE!! PUT YOUR HANDS ABOVE YOUR HEAD AND FREEZE!" A deep voice bellows.

I slowly raise my arms as about twenty officers march into the house. Two guys jump on me, and suddenly I'm handcuffed and injected with some sort of clearish liquid.

The effects of the drug are almost immediate. I can feel myself getting weaker, more sluggish. My mind is becoming fuzzy and I feel dizzy all of a sudden.

I feel myself being hauled out the door, and then thrown roughly into the back of a squad car. I feel someone land on top of me, realizing that it's Raine when I see the reddish hair.

She clings to me as the car starts driving away from her home, to a dirty, cold prison.

We're hauled out of the car (just as roughly, might I add) and quite literally thrown into individual cells.

The last thing I see is the cold cement flooring before I black out.

**okay everyone. Half of you probably hate me and won't read this, but I'm gonna talk anyways.

Sorry for not updating for like 6 years. I'm gonna be straight forward with u guys, bc I completely forgot to update.

On a brighter note, I DIDN'T FAIL ENGLISH!!!!! YAYAYAYAYAYAYAY!! Lol.

I asked you guys what your fave singer was and I gave a shout out to one of you at the top.
