Ariel's POV

1 year 6 months 8 hours 26 minutes. That's how long I've been here. Nowhere to run. Nowhere to hide. This house is a cage for us.

Why yes...there are others.

This house is all I have ever since my parents left. My stepmom and I were arguing as usual, she wanted me to change the way I dressed in front of her friends from her job, so I could make "friends". I told her to fuck off and leave me alone.

As I was about to walk away, she grabbed a knife and slit her wrists, crying and screaming "BEN! BEN!!"

My dad came running, "what the fuck is going on?!" looking at Lori's wrists he quickly grabbed a rag and applied pressure.

We were at the hospital, it took about 30 minutes to get there, but by the time we made it, Lori lost a lot of blood.

Ding dong the witch is dead.

On our way home, my dad didn't say a word. "It wasn't my fault." I tried telling him the truth. "Wasn't your fault? Hmm." He lets out a small laugh.

He starts yelling, "BECAUSE OF YOU LORI IS DEAD!" "EVERYTHING HAPPENED BECAUSE OF YOU!" He yelled while slamming the steering wheel.

I let out tears, how could he blame me if he wasn't there.

As I wiped my tears I noticed we were home, I got out of the car, as I walked in I saw him carrying a gun.

"Dad what are you doing?" I was terrified. "Ending it all." He kept repeating. He walked past me and walked to the street.

"ENDING IT THE FUCK ALL!!" He pointed a gun to face. "DADDY NO!!" I shouted crying.

He pointed the gun down, walking towards me. "You seriously think I would kill myself." He laughed.

"What is the fuck is your problem?!" I said wiping my tears.

He pointed the gun at me, "You. You are the problem. I'm ending you here and now."

Ben's POV

"Daddy no please!" My daughter cried out.

She was the reason, why everyone leaves me. Lori killed her self, I knew that. We had a plan to leave this place and the only way was to commit suicide.

"DADDY PLEASE I BEG YOU!" Ariel cried.

I closed my eyes, while pointing the gun at her, and I clicked it.

My little girl is dead.

"Goodbye." I let out a tear.
