I should make it clear that the past few months have been extremely rough, hence why I haven't posted on her in a while. I've also had lots of exams and stuff going on at school. It's my last year of high school and my education is pretty important at the moment.
Anyway, I should address that Alex and I have broken up. I won't go into any details about why or how it happened, but I was say that it happened on the 23rd January of this year. It's been almost two months now, and it's safe to say that I'm feeling a hell of a lot better now than I was about it after it had just happened.
I realised that it's time to focus on myself for a while and learn to love who I am and create my own happiness; to not rely on my happiness or self worth on other people. I've become a much more positive minded person, I'll admit I have changed slightly and I'm much more spontaneous about life. I'm just pulling back now and seeing what happens.
I will keep this story up for now and see how it goes. If you'd like any advice on LDR's or breakups, or if you want to know what actually happened, feel free to message me on my Instagram (@aaliyahterrell)
