a/n: I got a little inspired on how Sungjae freezes whenever RV is near or mentioned so I wrote this. I was thinking to add a little bitterness to this story but it was hard since I always imagine them being happy. 😉😉😂😂

"I'm excited! We'll be seeing Red Velvet again after how many months." Eunkwang exclaimed.
Btob and Red Velvet really became really close now. Being constantly present in every kpop concerts and shows. Playing with each other backstage when they have time. They even call each other through their cellphones now.
But they've been busy for a few months now. Btob, doing dramas, musicals, variety shows, japanese album, going back and forth from S.Korea to Japan and to other more countries, while Red Velvet were preparing and finished their first concert.
"Yeah, and I'll be playing with them later. I heard there would be games at the event." Minhyuk said.
"Don't be too excited. Our fans might get the wrong impression when they see you interacting with them." Sungjae muttered.
"Yah! Shouldn't you be the one who's excited here since finally you'll get to be with your girlfriend? And we've been interacting with them whenever we see each other." Changsub retorted.
"I am not since a lot of eyes will be there." He plainly said.
His hyungs were a bit surprised with what he nonchalantly said.
"Are you sure that you love her? I don't think so since I don't see efforts from you. You always reason out our fans on why you can't say a simple 'Hi!' to her." Changsub muttered, feeling pissed with their maknae. He walked out from their dorm and went directly to their van and waited for them there.
Sungjae was surprised with his hyung's outburst. He knows the fact that he's the closest to Joy aside from him. But he doesn't know why his hyung couldn't understand where he's coming from on why he can't approach Joy freely.
"Let's just go. We'll be late already." Eunkwang coldly said and lead them outside.
"Eunkwang hyung, too?" He thought.
An hour drive to the location of the event. It was the first time that they've traveled silently. Not the usual chaos that was going on whenever they are traveling.

They arrived at the red carpet. They didn't do anything special and just plainly posed in front of the cameras. A few question and answers and then they went to the next (station.)
The hyungs started to be playful and mentioned Red Velvet a lot, especially Minhyuk.
Minhyuk sighted the basketball booth and set the record.

The staff of the event asked Eunkwang and Sungjae if they could MC for a bit and interview some idols. They gladly accepted it and playfully interviewed some of their idol friends.
Eunkwang and Sungjae turned their gazes when Red Velvet passed them and went backstage.
Sungjae acted like he was looking for something and looked at the entrance of the backstage where Red Velvet were standing.
Eunkwang just looked at him with a teasing smile.

Sungjae feeling pissed since he can't approach Joy because of the cameras that are installed at every corner of the place. He couldn't get his frown off his face even if his stylist is already putting makeup on his face.
