Emma's point of view

When we arrived at Harry's flat, it was already 3:30 AM. We were both exhausted, so we just decided to head straight to bed, but since we didn't have a crib for Ava yet, she slept in the bed with us.

The next morning, we woke up at 11 AM when Ava started crying. I groaned as I got out of bed and picked up Ava. I tried soothing her as I got her bottle and formula out of her bag. I then brought her to the kitchen and made her milk.

When her milk was finished, I carried her and the bottle back to the bedroom and started feeding her the bottle.

Harry had managed to fall asleep again during the minutes I was in the kitchen, but it didn't take long until he woke up again. He rolled over on the bed so he was facing me and Ava.

"What time is it?" He asked.

"11." I replied.

"My interview's at 4."

"Well, what do you wanna do before then?" I asked.

"Maybe we could take Ava out and walk around London for a little while?" He suggested, and I nodded. "Great. I'll go make us some breakfast."

After Harry had went to the kitchen, Ava finished her bottle. I put away the bottle and grabbed some of her toys from the bag. I put them on the bed for her to play with while I got dressed.

After I had gotten dressed, I picked up Ava and her toys and walked to the kitchen. Harry was leaning against the counter and typing on his phone.

"It didn't even cross my mind that we have absolutely no food here, so we'll have to go grocery shopping later. But we could just swing by the bakery down the street and get something to eat there." He said.

"Sounds good. I'll get Ava ready." I said and walked back to the bedroom with her. I got her all dressed up in her winter clothes, which she looked so adorable in.

When she was dressed, we went back to the living room where Harry was sat on the couch, dressed up as well. I let him hold Ava and play with her while I put on my coat and shoes.

"Ready?" Harry asked as he walked up to me.

"Yeah." I replied grabbing my phone and putting it in my pocket.

Harry then handed me Ava before he opened the door and we walked outside. Seeing London in daylight was wonderful. One thing that I didn't like about living in LA was the lack of snow.

"Look, Ava!" I cooed at her and crouched down with her sitting on my thigh. I then picked up some snow with the hand I didn't use to support her and let her touch the snow. She giggled as she touched it and then looked up at me.

I decided to let Ava get closer with the snow and helped her walk on it by holding her hands. As Ava was attempting to move forward, Harry crouched down and took a picture of her.

Ava kept trying to pick up one of her feet and place it in front of her, but when she time after time couldn't do it, she became frustrated and began crying. I picked her up again and tried soothing her. Luckily, she wasn't being too fussy and calmed down quickly.

"Don't worry, bean. No 5 month old walks, it takes time and practice." I cooed at her and kissed her chubby cheek. I looked over at Harry and saw him posting the picture he took of Ava on Instagram.

"Should we get going?" Harry said as he put his phone in his pocket.

"Sure." I replied and we began walking down the street. Harry offered to carry her as we walked and was tickling her almost all the time, making her constantly giggle.

Seeing the two of them together made me realize how wrong I was once doubting Harry as a father. He was born to play this role.

A short walk later, we arrived at the bakery. Harry held the door for me and walked in right behind me. We ordered two blueberry muffins to go, and got them only a few minutes later. After paying, we walked outside and began walking. We didn't really know where we were headed, but it was nice just feeling the winter air.

"So, at this interview, they'll most likely bring up you and Ava. They always bring up personal life. But, if they ask if we're back together, what do I say? Are you ready to let the world know about us?" Harry asked.

"I'm ready if you are." I replied.

"Well I'm definitely ready." Harry said and smiled at me. I smiled back as he leaned down and gave me a quick peck. "I had never imagined we'd be where we are today. I mean, look at this beautiful little sweet creature that we made." Harry said giving Ava's cheeks multiple kisses. "And I hadn't even bothered to imagine me and you together again, because I was positive it would never be us again."

"Stop, you're making me cry." I said leaning my head on his shoulder. He chuckled and kissed the top of my head. "Thank you for bringing me and Ava here. I had forgotten how beautiful this country is."

"Well, it's important to me that Ava gets to see where half of her family is from. I want her to, you know, be proud of her heritage. And this is also the city you and I met in almost 3 years ago." He said.

"Another reason to love London." I said and smiled at him.
