Naruto One-Shots [completed]

Naruto x Reader: Welcome Home, Naruto

Your life-long best friend Naruto was set to come back from a mission that he's been of for a week now. Your alarm clock went off, causing you to groan and sit up. You woke up extra early to go and wait at the gates of Konoha for him. Realizing what the day was, you immediately shot out of your bed and to your bathroom. After brushing you hair and teeth, you went back to your bedroom and chose your outfit. You chose a thigh-length dark (f/c) skirt, paired with a lighter shade of (f/c) crop-top with a black mesh shirt underneath of it, and your normal black sandals.

You run quickly to the gates to wait for Naruto. After waiting for about an hour, you see a familiar set of bodies walking towards the gates. It's team 7. A wide grin spread across your face and you run up to your best friend.

"Naruto! You're back!" You shout, knocking him on the ground and hugging him.

"(Y/n), you're.. choking me." He joked.

"Oh, sorry." You chuckle. You yank on Naruto's sleeve and pull him away from his team.

"Eh? What're you doing?" He asked, following behind you.

"We're getting ramen!" You told Naruto and watched his face light up.

"Really?"

"Yep! And guess what? You're paying!"

"Ah, man! You're lucky you're my best friend, (y/n)!" As soon as you two sat down at Ichiraku's ramen, Ayame immediately recognized her #1 customer,  Naruto Uzumaki.

"Hello,  what can I get yo-" She stopped herself. "Father, Naruto's back!" She told Teuchi. You looked at Naruto who seemed to be impressed with his fame at Ichiraku's.

"What? I'm famous!" He grinned at you. He sure was famous around here.
