In the morning

~Mona's POV~

     I woke up the sun shining in my still closed eyes. I slowly rolled over off of Logan and got up, stumbling to the kitchen for a drink. When I got to the kitchen I saw Jeff in the kitchen just sitting on the counter drinking something I glare at him slightly a little curious on why he was awake. "why are you up so early" I ask sleep still in my voice "oh! I always get up early. I went and got everyone coffee" he smiled and put the holder full of coffees to where I can see them. "this ain't gonna make me like you or trust you" I say looking him in the eye and taking a coffee "oh! wait not that one!" he said almost yelling while jumping off the counter and he takes the drink out of my hand "that one is Emma's, here" he gives my a different cup and goes back to the counter "oh um ok thanks" I say and walk into the living room.

~Jeff's POV~

     I woke up first and made my way out carefully moving Emma so she won't wake up. I walk out of the house and down to the coffee shop, I walk into the door and a girl looks up and smiles at me "hey there cutie" she said looking right at me 'oh wow she is cute' "u-uh h-hi" I stuttered out awkwardly she giggled and tucked her hair behind her ear showing off her piercings "uhh 5 coffees and one tea please" "alrighty then can I get a name" she turned her head, taking her eyes off of me and putting them on the cups "jeff" I say calmly. She looks back up at me with her beautiful blue eyes writing the name down on the cups "that'll be right up" she smiles turns then turns back to me "I'm sorry what kind of coffees do you want" she asked a slight blush on her cheeks "oh uhh one vanilla, four dark roast two with milk and sugar, and one peppermint tea" I smile "ok thank you" she turns and starts making them. I wait for a few minutes later I was lost in my thoughts then I hear a "JEFF" it was the girl her voice was so sweet and my name rolled off her tongue perfectly. I quickly walk up there and get my drinks "thank you how much is it" I ask putting my hand on my wallet "on the house cutie" she said with a wink. My cheeks grew hot and I smile awkwardly "oh t-thanks" I walk out of the shop and make my way back to the house still smiling still thinking about the girl the girl... I didn't get her name! I mentally slap myself 'wait no I'm dating Emma' I open the door carefully and walk to the kitchen and I sit on the counter thinking and drinking my tea, I was so deep in thought I didn't even notice that Mona walked in till she said something "why are you up so early" she said sleep still in her voice I looked up and saw her glaring at me "oh! I always get up early. I went and got everyone coffee" I say smiling trying to act normal and I put the holders of coffee on the other side so she could see them. "this ain't gonna make me like you" she said taking a cup and going to drink it "oh! wait not that one" I say almost yelling I hoped off the counter and walked closer to her and vanilla one "that one is Emma's, here" I gave her one of the cups with milk and sugar then I go back to the counter "oh um ok thanks" she said and left. 'How am I gonna handle this' I say in my head and take another sip of my tea and let out a sigh.

~Emma's POV~

     I sat up right before even opening my eyes, I open them slightly and make my way to the bathroom and do my morning routine using the bathroom and brushing my hair down with my nails then  I walk out and go to the kitchen and I see Jeff. "Hey there" I say softly my voice not ready to work "oh hey cutie" I giggle and he looks at me with a smile that was.. off "what do we have here" I say as I walk to the holders and look at the drinks "this one hun" he hands me a warm drink that smelt like vanilla "mmmm thanks you" I say and I kiss his cheek and I lean against the counter next to jeff taking a sip and the sweet coffee "is it good" "yes very good thank you" I smile and lean against him and he pats my head "I had no Idea your hair would be puffy" he says chuckling "a lot of people say that" I giggle and smile. As me and Jeff were talking Naruto and Sasuke came in Naruto holding Sasuke I hand them their coffees one with milk and sugar the other black eww. Naruto happily drinks the coffee and Sasuke straight face like normal does the same I could tell he was happy about the drink. After we finished the drinks I went out for some fresh air alone I was walking around the town and smiling thinking about how it's always nice this time of year then I hear something odd, a small whimper I go to see what it was and I was a little puppy laying there in a ball with what looked like a hurt paw. I go and pick it up 'no collar' I look around then I get up and walk to the house. I walk through the door and everyone's eyes lit up "Emma-chan where did you find him" Mona yelled running over to me and the dog cowered into my arms "hey hey careful he's hurt and a little shaken" I say softly and petting him behind his ear his tail wags and Mona's eyes grew and she smiled bigger than ever. Jeff comes up and smiles at the dog and pats it his causing the dog to bark. I looked up at Jeff and smiled the pup barking and growling loudly "you know Emma-chan dogs can tell if something is off with someone" Mona said taking the words out of my mouth and also my thoughts. I looked at her and she obviously picked up on the strange vide he was giving off like he was guilty.

~Jeff's POV~

      I walked to the living room and saw Emma with a small puppy I went to go pet it but it started to bark and growl at me 'what the' "you know Emma-chan dogs can tell if something is off with someone" Mona said looking at me and I started to sweat 'oh hell they know' Emma looked at her 'oh no she noticed' "don't be silly dude nothing is wrong with Jeff" Emma said trying to brush off the known fact. Emma started petting the dog and it licked her hand and get closer to her nuzzling her chest and she giggled. I went to the kitchen to get my drink because I got tired of seeing a dog feel up my girlfriend "OH MY FUCK" Emma yelled I ran back in there and she had a big stain on her shirt 'she didn't' "Emma the dog pissed on you" Mona laughed out "no you tiny dumb dumb she marked me... as in claiming me as her's" 'THAT DOG DID NOT JUST MARK HER' Naruto walked up to me and nudged me "you jealous" "hardly Emma likes me more than a puppy" "I wouldn't say that Emma would get ran over for a dog... or a cat she loves animals more than me" Naruto said and Sasuke pinched Naruto's cheek "that is a lie and you know it". Naruto scratched the back of his head and smiled and chuckled "ok ok that is kinda a lie" he said with that trouble maker smile "don't be worried about Emma she is fine" I think for a minute and nod 'do I even like her' I think for a second and walk away. I have to see that girl again I have to know if I like her or not.. When did girls start having a thing for nerds...
