"We're moving."

Two words that can change a life.

Two words that can ruin a dream.

Two words that can..well..two words that are really 3, but you know how contractions work. So they're 2.

My name is Hayden. I live in this town in Louisiana. I love it here. The food is good, the people are awesome, and it's just an overall good life. Well, until the 2 life changing words.

Chapter 1:

"HAYDEN, WAKE UP, IT'S TIME FOR SCHOOL TODAY! DON'T MAKE ME THROW A SHOE AT YOU," My mum screams across our house as it's time for school yet again. It's a cold, rainy Thursday, and I can't even decide what to wear today. Guess it's just a Hollister t-shirt and jeans.

And of course, when I come out of my room, my mum yells at me saying that the bus is going to be here in about 2 minutes, when I have over 20 just to wait, so I just tell her off and walk out the door.

Ew. Why is she..out of all people..at my bus stop.

"Ew, it's Hayden" Alycia Kamoco, out of all the people possible to ruin my day, tells me as she stares me up and down, as usual.

"Ew, Alycia, this is a bus stop, not a street corner, I think you got your locations wrong." I say, feeling proud of myself.

But right when I was about to say something pretty clever, the bus comes and picks us up.

A few more unimportant kids get on, but then we get to Dalia Path, where I hate those kids with a living passion. It's a trailer park, and you can smell the crack before you even get close to it. Like dear god, I bet the 5 year olds there are professional meth cookers. Knowing how to smoke crack before even learning the Dora theme song. "Doo, Doo, Doo, Crack Pipe"

Bertha Dumas.

I want to hurt her. She makes me angry. She makes me sick. She needs to leave.

She makes me cry. I don't feel safe. I may get raped by her. Oh god. Help me. Please.

Okay, that was too much, but seriously, the girl is kind of crazy.

Really insane.

Chapter 2:

Getting off the bus and walking into school is a challenge.

You see, I don't like going to the place where they make 8th Grade sit, so I just stay with the 6th Graders. They're really chill and don't worry about private parts and Starbucks 24/7.

Yeah, I could hear #Selfie and our stupid Vice Principal yelling cuss words from the Auditorium.

"Hayden, where yah been bro, we ain't seen yah in the Auditorium since she got us in trouble" my friend Forrest asks me.

"Uh, I never go in there, and I hang with the 6th Graders" I respond with.

"Oh, nice to see you're ditching us"

"What?" I have no idea what he's even talking about, but he casually walks away, with his temper.

As I walk to class, Noah calls me over to her corner.

"So, you heard about the latest news?"

"What news?" I ask, because honestly, you never know what happens here.

"Oh, well, you know Sam D'Marco?"

Sam D'Marco. Innocent girl turned bad. She was a pure Catholic. Then came Johnny Price. He turned my then best friend into a raging whore. Now she's done half the kids at our school. Where did my old Sam go?
