Form!!!

As this is my very first and own cover shop, there's going to be some mistakes so think of me as Homosapien (Though I am) and forgive me.

So I ranted a lot, which was BTW a small tiny half paragraph consisting of One To Four lines, Now I'm going to give you guys the form format...

Description: Of Your Story
Additionals: This category is for the authors who want specific thing or colour or faceclaim of a particular celebrity, in short what the authors dream of to be in their cover can come true by just explaining their desires in this category.

The form above is kind of a mess so the basic format is here:

You can either PM me or put it on the conversations board or can send me with any method, you just had to tell me through the comments in this chapter. ( You can even mail me the request just PM me first so that I can give you my E-mail ID)

Am I doing some community service?

No.

So the payments/ fees chapter is coming next.

And if you have some doubts on my skills then I'm going to update another chapter in which some of my Covers or the covers which won a prize is going to be there.
