Ashton's P.o.v 

I still remember the first day Stace and i met. I was only 16 and she was 13. So young and so innocent. I knew from the moment that we met that we would be great friends and i was right.

~3 Years ago (6th Jan 2011) ~

Mum dragged only me to Melbourne. She wanted to meet one of her old school friends who moved to Melbourne. My other siblings were lucky that they didn't have to go but i had to go. "Ashton stop complaining and help me grab our luggage." Mum yells at me and i go to the carousel and grab my suitcase. Mum has her's and rushes out saying her friend will pick us up outside. "Mum where is your friend." I ask? "She should be here.. WENDY!!!" Mum shouts and goes to hug someone who looks her age. "Hello i missed you so much. So this is your son?" She asks my mum looking at me. "Yes that's Ashton. He's 16. Ash introduce yourself." Mum says. "Oh i'm Ashton." I say. My mum's friend looks behind her to a girl who looks a little bit younger than me. "Stacey introduce yourself." Wendy says. "Oh i'm Stacey. I'm 13." She says quietly looking at the ground. When she looks up i see that she has bright blue eyes. Bluer than the kid i met not long ago Luke. She has long blonde hair that goes down to her waist. "Hey Stacey." I say. "Hey Ashton." and then we went to her house.

~6 months later (June 6th 2012)~

Urgh i hear my annoying phone ringing waking me up"Hello" I say grumpily. "ASH! ASH! i got some news!" My best friends voice rings through my ears. "Yes Stace?" I say. "I'M GOING TO AMERICA FOR A MOVIE!!!" She shouts. "OMG STACE THAT'S SO GOOD.When do you leave?" I ask her. "In a week. I' can't wait because i'm finally getting my break." She says. "How's your band going." She asks me. "It's really good Stace. We are going on tour with one direction next year. Might get to see you." I say to her. "Yeah you might anyway i got to go pack but i will call you when i get to America." She says. "Yeah Bye Stacey. I love you." I say "I love you to Best friend. Bye Ash." She says and hangs up. I really miss my best friend. I mean i have Mike, Luke and Cal but she's a girl and i enjoy being her best friend.

~A year later ( June 12th 2013) ~

I grab my phone and dial the number i know of by heart "Hello." the voice on the other end says. "HAPPY 15TH BEST FRIEND"  i yell into the phone. "Ash? Oh Ash i miss you so much." She says. "I miss you so much. Where are you right now?" i ask her. "I'm in L.A" What about you. "I'm in San Francisco but i will be in L.A in  week." I say. "So will i Ash! We can finally see each other we haven't seen each other for so long! It's been like a year and a half." She says. "Yes we are going to catch up Stacey." I say with a smile

~A week later (June 19th 2013) ~

"Luke! Calum! Michael! GET UP! MY FRIEND WHO LIVES HERE IS COMING OVER!" I shout to the 3 lazy boys. Stacey is finally coming over and i want them to actually behave for once. Luke's the first one down and he asks me some questions then goes to eat breakfast. The other two slowly make their way downstairs and go into the kitchen. I wait until Stacey gets here i have missed her so much this past year and a half. I hear a knock at the door and jump up running to the door. When i open it i see a girl with long blonde hair and bright blue eyes. "STACEY" I shout hugging the little girl in front of me. "Ash! I missed you so much." She says as she hugs me back. I missed her so much. "Okay so the rest of my band is here they may be inappropriate but that's what they are normally like." I warn her. "Haha okay." She says and we walk into the Kitchen. Each boy introduces themselves but Luke. Cal introduced Luke and said some inappropriate things. 

~8 months later~

My phone is so bright as i hear my All Time Low ring tone as i put my phone to my ear. "Hello" I speak grumpily. "Ash did you just wake up? It's 2 in Sydney where yo are idiot!!" A voice i have heard for over 2 years daily speaks. "Uh Stace? How do you know the time in Sydney?" I ask her. "Oh i'm in Sydney i got here today."  She says. "Why didn't you tell me?" I ask her. "I told Luke" She says guiltily. "SERIOUSLY STACEY? I THOUGHT WE WERE BEST FRIENDS NOT YOU AND HIM" i yell at her and hang up. I get up and grab some clean clothes. So Stacey is here yet she never told me. I see my phone ringing again but this time it was Luke  might as well answer. "Hello Luke?" I say grumpily. "Ash. Why so grumpy?" He asks me. "None of your business. Now why did you call me?" I ask him. "I uhh have to ask you a question." He says. Oh god what does he want to ask me? "What is it?" I ask him. "Well uh i was wondering if i can ask Stacey out." He says really quickly. I freeze and quickly hang up. He wants to date my best friend. He will probably take her away from me. I decide to text him "Hey. Sorry my phone cut out yeah sure you can ask her." I send it and he reply's with a happy message.

 

I wish back then i said no and none of this would of happened. I would still have both my best friends. Neither of them would be in the situation they are now. If only i wasn't stupid and stopped what they had.
