Having gear is really nice, it let's other people know what you are and tell people you have a connection without using words, that can come out wrong. Not having gear doesn't make you any more or less of a therian, and just because you don't have gear doesn't mean you're not a therian or you have no connection. There all all different reasons that some of either can't or choose bit to wear gear. But when having or wearing gear you have to be a water of the source you're getting it from, it could be coming from a fur farm. If you don't know what a fur farms is its when I person or a group of people kill animals just for their tails, paws, ears etc then leave the rest to rot and decompose. They source I got my sunny fox tail from is URSFUR on amazon, and I am aware that amazing isn't the best choice to get tails from but it all depends what seller you trust. URSFUR is a compony that is amazing, they don't get anything from a fur farm. All of their furs are ethically sourced, meaning they get them from natural caused deaths of animal. Disease, roadkill, attack etc. Another thing I'm going to be talking about are collars. Collars are another thing therians wear. Not all therians wear tails and collars. Some of us do and that's great and some of us don't, and thats also ok but collars are/can be alot more expensive then a normale tail would normally be.
