Lucy: first is that the council got attacked yesterday but don't worry it was dealt with and there is no more threat. number 2 is that the fire boy down there attacked a guard that came to see you and he arrived at the council bruised and burnt and number three is the council want to warn you that if this happens again they won't have a choice but to disband your guild I am sorry for the confusion
but all of a sudden a loud ROAR was herd
