Foxtrot Is Down

I'm soooo bored! It's been 5 days and nothing's happened. Well unless you count getting dirty looks from elderly people because of my 'outrageous hair'.

Oh and a few run in's with Steve and Elli.

But other than that this week has been pretty UNeventful.

Dad and Emerald are at the grocery store and Jade well I have no idea where she went. I had just woken up from a nap and found a letter from Emerald. But Jade no letter or anything.

Damn.

All of a sudden there was a sight bang sound so I decided to investigate. I quietly draw a couple ninja stars from my mini satchel.

I open the door and creep into the room and I see a hand. I move towards it cautiously and see Director Fury giving something to Steve.

I immediately ran over to see what the commotion was about Steve saw me and had a confused look on his face. I rolled my eyes and put a finger to my ear to the comm.

I saw two shiny slithers of metal both of which had red stars on them.

"Agent R. Barton to 69-2 agents. Foxtrot is down I repeat Foxtrot is down." I said applying pressure to the womb. "Tell them I'm in pursuit." Steve said before running after the suspect. I could see him jumping across the roofs of houses.

Suddenly, Jade came in. She told me that a truck was here to get Fury. As she said all of this my mind went all fuzzy.

Flashback-
"Come on Raven you have to eat your celery." Said a voice it was the faceless man and what looked to be a newborn.

I realized that she was me.

I absolutely refused to eat that celery.

Then the flashback ended.

Even to this day I absolutely hate celery. How peculiar.

I was snapped out of my thoughts by Jade telling me to help her lift him up. We got him on the stretcher and Steve came through the window.

"You've gotten some explaining to do." He said. "Yeah, yeah how about you call Agent Rogers and tell her to meet us here now!" I said. He nodded and called her by then Agent Jake and Emerald had come in guns at the ready.

When Steve got off of the phone with Agent Rogers he was about to ask me something but I started taking Director Fury to the van.

When we got outside Agent Rogers ran to the van she looked at us dumbfounded but we shrugged her off.

There wasn't enough room in the car so Jade and I had to take our motorcycles. I teleported us to the alleyway where our bikes where and waited for the truck to pass.

2 Hours Later
When we arrived at our destination the doctors took Director Fury away to start operating on him. I knew that I owed Steve some answers.

Steve stood up. "Ok, who are you people?" He asked in an authoritative tone. I rolled my eyes. "Agents for SHEILD." Agent Jake said wheeling himself forwards.

"What's next you don't need that wheelchair?" Steve asked sarcastically. Agent Jake just stared for a moment but eventually said. "No, I am very much disabled." You could tell me was mad because his knuckles where pale.

Steve looked down probably in shame. Emerald sorry Alex wheeled him out of the room to take a breather. I picked at the material of my leather gloves sitting in a nearby chair.

"What did you say your last name was?" Steve said I looked up at him and was met by a confused look. "Aim." I said simply and went back to picking at my glove. "He looked at me with a 'Seriously you think I'm going to buy that bull' kinda look.

"You don't expect me to trust you that easily do ya?" I asked he thought for a moment but sighed. I smirked and walked up to the glass where I saw the doctors operating on Mr. Fury.

Agent Rogers watched as the doctors tried to save her father. "Clear!" One of the doctors yelled. I patted her shoulder trying to be as comforting as possible.

Let me tell ya it wasn't working. I looked to Steve for help but he wasn't paying any attention whatsoever!

Whatever.

"It'll be ok." I said. Then she  started crying. She turned and hugged me crying into my shoulder. Ok now what do I do?

I just stayed there trying to comfort her for the next 3 hours.

My question is...

What now?
