Chapter 14: The Winner

Vanessa's P.O.V

So the day we've all been waiting is finally here. Tonight's the competition. It'll probably start at about 8 o'clock and then it'll continue till midnight. After the winners announced there'll be like an after party thing and I've heard that 'The Script' is gonna be performing later on. Now how cool is that??!! Huh? YAY!!

"So is everything ready?" Lucy asked for what seemed like the hundredth time.

"Yes Lucy everything is ready, will you stop worrying" I said now frustrated with her worrying.

"Alright you're right everything's gonna be fine" she kept on mumbling to herself and I sighed plopping down again on the bed. It's 6 o'clock right now so we have two hours left.

"OMG" Lucy whispered dramatically with her hand on her mouth.

"Oh for the love of god, now what?" I asked sitting up straight.

"WE FORGOT TO PICK UP THE DAMN CLOTHES FROM THE SHOP" she yelled and grabbed her jacket running out the door.

"Kill me now" I said before rushing after her.

"How could you forget the clothes? I get it you wanted to impress Zach but by being naked dude that's sick" I said to her while she was speed walking to the car. After hearing what I said she turned to face me, we were still standing on the stairs and the look she was giving made me smile innocently at her. She pinned me to the wall.

"SHUT.UP" she said with a freakily dangerous look and I nodded furiously scared by her for real.

After about half an hour we both had gotten our dresses and we're almost back home. This competition was different than we thought cause singing and dancing were not that extraordinary of a talent we were gonna have to perform 3 songs. There were only 5 participants selected; one was Lucy and me, second was Luke and Zach, there were three other guys in a group, another group of three girls and there was this guy who does something with balloons.

Lucy and I had decided to do something different first we were gonna sing a song and dance the usual but in the second song we'd play instruments and the third one would be a total blast cause we'd be doing stunts.

We still don't know what Luke and Zach have planned, yesterday Lucy tried getting their plan by flirting with Zach and he was gonna tell us but at the exact moment Luke came stopping Zach from saying anything.

But with what we've heard from other students, specifically girls, the thing that Zach and Luke always do is something hot so we decided to become sexy.

We packed everything we needed backstage, we were performing second last, so it'll take some time. I just hope everything goes as planned.

Luke's P.O.V

"We are so gonna win" I said smugly waiting backstage and setting all our things, we were performing last.

"I wouldn't be so sure, Lucy and Vanessa can beat us, and they're good" Zach replied again siding with them.

"They're not good they're great but we will still win" I said smirking at Zach who raised his brow at me.

"What are you planning, Luke?" Zach asked now smirking himself.
