WEBKINZ: Kate Skyling

CHAPTER 1: The First Webkinz

"H-Hello? Is anyone there?"

A  young snow leopard slowly got up to her feet, while being surrounded by complete darkness. "Is anyone there? Who am I..?"

An old calico cat approached her, seeming to randomly appear out of nowhere. The leopard slowly shrank to the ground. "Please don't hurt me!"

The cat looked down at her. "I won't hurt you, you don't have to be afraid," she said in a calm voice. "My name is Sienna, and I have created you." 

'Are you my mom??" the snow leopard asked. Sienna laughed and shook her head. 

"No, I have created you. You are the very first Webkinz." 

"What's a Webkinz?" 

"A Webkinz is a citizen of Webkinz World, child," Sienna said as she touched noses with the kit. She squeaked in alarm as she felt a slightly painful jolt.

"AH! MY HEAD!" she yowled. "That was your power, small child," Sienna softly mewed. "Who am I though???" the kitten hissed.

"Your name is Kate. Just.. Kate. Welcome to the world."

Kate hissed. "Do I have a last name? Tell me everything!" Sienna laughed again. 

"You have quite the courage, Kate. You just came into existence, and female Webkinz currently won't have last names until they find a husband."

"Who needs that stuff when you have battles to win??" Kate hopped up and down eagerly. 

"Well, there aren't any battles here, that's for sure," Sienna meowed. "How about I bring you into the brand new world, huh?"

"Won't I be alone though? If I'm the only Webkinz.." Kate calmed down. 

"Ah, don't worry. You aren't the only one, I've made you company," Sienna purred.

Kate widened her eyes as Sienna's form started to fade, as well as the darkness. "SIENNA?!" Kate panicked. All the darkness started to disappear. "SIENNA, WHAT'S HAPPENING??" she shrieked. 

"Welcome to Webkinz World, Kate. The world is waiting."
