It's been 6 years since I last saw you.

There was a war in (country name/wherever you live) against America.

Being the patriotic bastard you are, you decided to join the army.

I remember the time when you happily went to me.

Saying that you were accepted.

You don't know how much sadness I felt when I heard that. Knowing that when you leave, we won't be sure if you will be able to come back.

I forced a smile and you seem to notice it. You smile a goofy smile and assured me that you would come back.

The time when said your last farewell to me before you go to the train to (country name); it feels like millions of glass shards were pierced to me. But I have to endure it. I trust you that you would come back. After all, we would get married 11 months from now.

That time when I received a letter from the military, saying that you are nowhere to be found, I have to drink myself to sleep.

After 11 months, Arthur phoned me, saying that you were found and is now back. I rushed out of the house just to see you. This is the day when we should be infront of the altar, exchanging our vows. I was very excited to see you! But when I went there and hugged you, I was met by a question that shook all of my nerves.

"Who are you?"

It feels like a cold water was splashed unto me early in the morning. I see Arthur's and Matthew's panicked faces. I immediately ran out of the airport with tears in my eyes.

I went back many times. Trying my hardest to let you remember me. But to no avail. One time you almost shouted at me. Arthur said it was stress. If Arthur and Matthew doesn't know me, they might think I am some leech trying to gain your attention.

How come you don't remember me anymore?

Yeah, you came back. But why did your memories of me flew away?

Numerous questions filled my mind. But I know that even if I thought about millions of questions, I would never arrive at the conclusion.

One day,I finally decided to let you go.

I decided to drown myself to work. That way, I might forget about you. But no matter how much work I do, your blonde hair with your gravity defying ahoge, Nantucket, blue starry eyes, muscular build, will always cross my mind. Making me depressed.

The days we spent together, the memories we shared. In a single blink of an eye, disappeared without a trace.

I strived to be happy once again. Finally, the time has come. After 6 years, I finally moved on. Well,

that's what I thought...

"Mr. Jones and Ms. Kirkland, meet our company's finest wedding planner. Ms. (y/n) (l/n)." My boss said as he introduced me to my client.

It's him. Alfred F. Jones.

"Oh! What a coincidence! (y/n}?!? It's you! It's been so looooooooongg!! By the way, this is Alice. My fiancé!" he said with excitement as he introduced his fiancé once again.

Alfred, you're such an *ss*ole. You treat me like I am one of your friends. Like I did not tell you about my feelings. About OUR past. It's like you don't remember how much I tried to regain your memories.
