"The most beautiful thing my eyes ever beheld"
Adam's thought when he saw Eve,
Emotions running too deep to be said,
So he kissed her cos that was all his naked self had to give,
And she kissed him back like Judas,
But a kiss was a kiss to him,
He offered grains and tubers,
And she loved him -or so it seemed,
Cos he did all the talking,
Whilst all the seeing did she,
To the middle of Eden ended her walking,
And like Judas it all ended with a tree,
As her empty heart beheld the apple, she thought,
"The most beautiful thing my eyes ever beheld."
