     Cherry hummed as she flipped through the old records, not minding the dust that surrounded her fingers. She came to the old record shop often. Not because of the incredibly cute workers, but because she enjoyed the the peaceful aura of the petite shop. Not many people usually showed up at the shop for they thought that there was simply boring 60's music. But hell they were wrong.

     The music they sold there were classics; not all though. Some were amateur musicians and sometimes they even sounded like one of the best. That's what bothered her; the people outside of her town, let alone the people outside of Australia.

     "Hm, have you heard 5sos?"

     She lifted her head up to see where the deep Australian accent came from. Sure enough, there stood a tall, (well not so tall) boy with messy hair, (a bandana attempted to hold all of it together but it seemed to make it messier) and a bright smile. (brighter than the sun- maybe) She nodded and seemed to give him a 'duh' face because who didn't know about them? After all, she did live in Australia.

     Cherry chose a random record and made her way over to the check-out area. Ashton jumped behind the register and smiled at her, dropping his eyelid in a wink. "That will be.. free" He said, a huge grin still plastered on his face and she wondered if it hurt to smile that big for that long. "No, take the money" She threw a random amount of money on the counter and held the record close to her.

     "Have a good day!"

     He shouted from behind the register. "You too" She murmured once she was out of the store and too late. { gif of ashton on the side }

     Hours passed and she had forgotten about the lad she met at the old record shop. She knew he was famous, but didn't want too much commotion in her life so she brushed him off. Slowly but surely, she made her way to the old record player in the corner of her tiny room and placed the record in. The disc screeched slightly, but after a few adjustments, it was blasting 5sos music into her room. She wasn't really a fan- she just enjoyed their music. (okay maybe she thought Calum was cute. Just a little.) Hours passed again, and the album was playing for the fourth time now. Was it bad that she memorized most of the lyrics to their songs? Hopefully it's a good thing.

     When the first song on the album came on yet again, it caused her to smile. She was in a fan fiction mood. So she logged onto her account and scrolled through her library, seeking for her favourite book. After browsing through tons of books in her library that she has never read before, she finally found her favourite one, 7:15. It was about Ashton; from 5sos. She was right, she definitely was not a fan, she was part of the family. Right, she was definitely part of the fandom. Why didn't she freak out when she actually met Ashton, as in the Ashton Irwin, you ask? Well- because.

     because she knew if she freaked out; she would just be any other fan.

     because she knew he wouldn't remember her anyway.

     because she didn't want to make a scene.

     because she didn't like being happy.

     because she would look stupid- not that she didn't already.

     because maybe, ashton just wasn't as talented as the others.

    Shaking those thoughts out of her head, Cherry decided that she would watch the new EP that was just released. There was a music video for it and she hadn't watched it yet for she always seemed to lose track of time. It just went by too fast; she thought. So she ventured through Safari, searching for the official music video. It took her a while because there were lots of fake ones but she was okay with that. Once she found the right video, she seemed to pay attention to Ashton. She never really did before, and she was worried, because she didn't even realize that the song was on replay and every time the camera zoomed in on him, her heart skipped a beat.

     Cherry yawned but the sounds escaped her mouth like a newborn kitten's first meow. With scruffy hair and a droopy look on her face, she stumbled over to her vanity that stood in the corner of her room. Her drowsy eyes wandered over to her clock and her eyes widened. She had missed the bus.

     damn you, ashton irwin; she mumbled.

{ sorry for the short chaper, they will get longer i promise. ily }
