Aiden's POV:
I look down at my hands. Am i a monster? No one has ever spoke of a werewolf being able to fight or kill his own mate- unless he or she was absolutely insane. A mate was a gift- something us werewolves cherished. The moon goddess created our mate just for us.. and i brutally attacked my gift... my mate...
'How could you?' My wolf growls. He was definitely mad at me.. i don't blame him..
"Dude its okay. Calm down, it was just the heat of the moment." Nathaniel tried calming down and places a hand on my shoulder. "At least you didn't mark her without her consent?" He tries to cheer me up but it doesn't help. I mean i tried to kill her! What could be worse?
My wolf had stopped talking to me after awhile..
'Im sorry.' I said apologizing for the 10th time trying to get him to talk to me.
I'm brought out of my thoughts by my mother stepping out of the room, and into the hallway. "Shes all good, we just have to wait for her to wake up." My mother says smiling and patting my back. "Go in there." She whispers.
Willow's POV:
'Why'd you fight back?' My wolf asks sounding hurt.
'You know what i've been through, and thats all you have to say..' i whimper. 'I mean whose side are you on?'
'S-sorry.' She says bowing her head.
I feel my eyelids become less heavy and i try moving around. I couldn't move, or open my eyes..
"W.l..w!" I hear someone speak lightly. "W..e u. I.l g.v. y.u cake." The only word i can hear clearly is cake. My eyes open slowly.
"Cake?" I ask looking around. Nathaniel just laughs at me which causes me to glare. I look around and see Aiden leaning against the door frame. His eyes filled with so much hurt, and pain.
"Do you want cake?" Aiden asks raising a brow at me. His voice sends shivers down my spine, had our bond become stronger? How could it have become stronger when just 2 seconds ago we were trying to kill each other?
"S-sure." I say sitting up slightly. Aiden nods, and then quickly leaves the room.
"He's been worried, and whining the whole time." Nathaniel says with a smug smirk. My cheeks heat up and i look away.
"I'm weak.." i say randomly, looking down at my hands- that were folded neatly in my lap.
"What? No you're not! I've never heard of someone last that long in a fight with Aiden and survive!" He says grabbing my shoulders and shaking me. I wheeze slightly, and clutch my ribs. "Sorry." He says sticking his hands in his pockets. "But still!" He chuckles, and runs his fingers through his blonde hair.
The chatting stops when the door opens, Aiden holds out the plate for me and i gladly take it. My fingers tingle as they touch Aiden's hand. "Im.... just.. uh- gonna.. go!" Nathaniel says running out of the room and closing the door.
"Thanks." I smile shyly at him. Aiden just nods, and sits in the chair beside my bed.
"I'm sorry." He blurts out suddenly, and looks down at his hands placed on his lap. "I stepped out of line." He says looking back up at me. Eye contact? Woah.. this is new.. His blue eyes look into mine- sparkling, and for once he smiles. Woah..
"Its okay i forgive you, and your wolf." I smile as i see his wolf come to his eyes, and nod. I pick up a piece of cake with my fork, then put the fork near his lips. He looks confused for a second then takes a bite of the cake, smiling. After that 'sharing' incident he ended up eating the whole cake, which gave me new things to learn about him.
He had an addiction to sweets, and he doesn't know what sharing means!
"Hello Alpha, Luna." The Pack doctor walks in and nods our way. I blush and lean back once i notice how close we were. Aiden offers me a smirk which makes my face redden even more.
Wait, Luna?
"You should be good to move, i have to head back to the pack house now because my pups are giving their pregnant mom a hard time..." The pack doctor says scribbling some stuff onto the paper.

Next day~
I hug the pillow to my chest ,and let out a loud scream. "OH MY GOD!" I yell trying not to curse. Somehow i ended up having to stay here with 3 kids, and they put on a scary movie. None of the kids had jumped or screamed. Was i the baby? I mean these jump scares were wicked!
"Willow.." i look down to see Aiden's little brother tugging at my sleeve.
"Yes, Jacob?" I asked.
"I-i can't handle this movie.." he whined. His eyed became glossed over, and i knew he was about to cry. I mean he was only about 7.. the same age as my brother..
"Come on." I said grabbing his hand and leading him to the library i had found this morning. "Sit there." I ordered, and looked for a book. Surprisingly i found two animal coloring books, and a tub of used crayons.
I placed the book, and some crayons in front of him and we started coloring. My picture was a horse running. I looked up when i heard someone clear their throat, Aiden was leaning against the door frame with a small smile dancing on his lips. "What do you want?" I asked. I was a little upset with him that he wouldn't let me come to practice. And i was also upset that even leaning against the door frame he looked so dang.. attractive!
'You can say that again!' My wolf purrs with drool hanging out of her mouth.
"Aiden!" Jacob jumped up noticing his big brother, and jumped into Aiden's arms.
"Hey bud." He said ruffling Jacob's hair. His sleeve to his shirt lifted up, and i frowned when i saw the beginning of a scar Aiden's shoulder. It was obvious teeth marks. My teeth marks..
Aiden placed Jacob back in the chair, and sits beside the small boy. Which so happened to be beside me.. I try focusing on my coloring but soon the crayon is taken from me. Really now? Was it bad that i was not that scared of him?
I gasp as he colors the horses tail pink. "Are you insane?" I asked smacking his hand away. He growls playfully at me and continues to color the horse pink. So basically half of it was normal and the rest was pink. Also apparently Aiden doesn't know how to color in the lines.. so yeah...
"Haha! Your horse is half normal and half pink!" Jacob giggles.
I grab his hand, holding it in mine, and quickly color the sun yellow before he can color it pink. I try ignoring the fact that my hand was tingling like crazy, and also ignoring my insane wolf. After I'm done coloring it yellow, i blush when i realize his giant hand is still in my tiny baby hand. Even though half of his hand hangs out of mine. I quickly let it go, when i notice him smirking at me. Jerk. Rude Jerk.
"You're so awkward." Aiden chuckles, ruffling my hair. I groan, and pull it into a pony tail.
"You're annoying, and mean." I stick my tongue out, and send him a playful glare. I'm so weird.
"You're so childish." He says trying to grab my tongue. Which i quickly stick back in my mouth.
