CAROLYN
I slid my back down the door and covered my mouth with my hands. Tears threatening to spill I blinked them back but the poured like a Dam broke trying to keep back a flood.
I herd the phone ring in the kitchen. I stood up and went to it.
"hello"
"hello is this Carolyn"
"this is she"I said softly turning on the lights.
"I'm sorry to inform you but your mother and father cows of a suicide bombing a few hours ago."the man said"we don't know who held the bomb but they were killed when it went off.
My bottom lip started to quiver. And more tears spilt from my eyes.
"ma'am"
"I'm here thank you for informing me on this"I breathed out.
"have a good night"he said and the line went dead. I hung up and dialed Helenas phone number.
"hello"she yawned answering.
"can you come over with everyone I need you guys"I cried and put the phone on the counter
I dropped to my knees and started hysterical crying to the point I couldn't breath.
A few minutes after I calmed down I made my way over into the living room. I sat on the couch and looked at all the family photos. That's when it really hit me...hard.
I picked up the couch cushion and put it to my face and screamed into it. Over and over I was screaming
"Carolyn!"I herd Helena gasp looking at me.
I took the pillow from my face and looked at her and my friends.
"What's wrong beautiful"ash said
I pointed to the answering machine in the kitchen. They all nodded and went over to it. One by one there faces turned to shock.

"CRASH!!!"there was a crack of thunder and the power went out and a huge bolt of lightning lit up the sky. For just a second it looked like it was still day not night.
"Shit!'ash jumped and Alex held him. And sapphire was holding Helena.
"Everyone Ashley house now!'choppy ran in to my living.room soaked. We all looked at eachother and ran next door.
The yards and roads were flooded to the point it was up to our ankles. We ran as fast as we could and we all.made inside as another bolt of lightning flashed.
"Is every one ok?'Ashley said as we all piled into the kitchen soaking wet.
"No"I mumbled
"We are all fine"sapphire said"just frightened that's all"
A loud crack.of thunder clapped and a bolt of lightning lit up The sky. I looked outs side to see the lightning hit the roof of my house sending.it up in flames in almost slow motion
"No!'I screamed running towards the door.
"Carolyn"Andy grabbed my waist and picked me up over his shoulder walking back into the kitchen.
"No!that's the only thing I have left!"I screamed cried
"Carolyn calm down!"Andy yelled putting me on the counter"your parents will understand what happened"
That's what hit me hard
"MY PARENTS!" I scream cried"MY PARENTS ARE DEAD!"
Sapphire came over to me and held me tight
"Wha-"he started but stopped himself.
"Holy shit!"Ashley yelled as he came in to the room and looked out the window. The sound of sirens were herd coming up the road I looked at my house and everything went black. All I remember was my head hitting the granent of the counter
