Wow. I honestly couldn't believe this was my last day of college. Forever. It doesn't seem like I have been away from home for four years. Where has the time gone? I loved going to Ole Miss. It has given me the best experience of my life. I originally chose to go to Ole Miss, and become a Rebel, to get as far away from school as I could. Don't get me wrong I love my family dearly, but I didn't exactly have the best high school experience, at all. It was more like an itch that doesn't go away, and you can't wait for the day that it finally does. That was how i felt. Hadleigh Scott and Everette Smith were my two bestfriends in school. We were inseperable.

Wherever one of us went, we all went. Everette was a huge jock in school, he was on the lacrosse and baseball team. The ladies loved him. He was a stunning 6'2 with blonde shaggy hair and baby blue eyes. He could definetely get your attention. He never seemed to mind the fact that i was not exactly popular. He was more of a big brother, and I loved him for that.

Hadleigh, on the other hand was a huge mess. She could easily be the biggest flirt ever. She is very skinny with dark brown hair, and green eyes. She is stunning. Boys would fall at her feet in high school. She was the captain of the soccer team, and spent most of her time on the feild.

I always felt like the odd "girl" out. But i knew my bestfriends loved me for who i was, and for that i was very thankful. Oh how i had missed them. I had went home and seen them whenever possible, but it still seemed wierd to know i was moving home!!

My parents were having a dinner to celebrate my graduation, which i wasn't looking forward to at all. In fact, I was dreading it. Two words could explain that. Ian Sheffer. Oh, how i hated to admit it but he is extremely gorgeous. Standing six feet tall with shaggy black hair, and stunning dark brown eyes. He was quite the looker. He always had girls drooling over him, and probably still does. Who am i kidding, he was a big player in school, and loved the attention.

So how exactly does he tie into my graduation dinner? Only the small detail that our families were close. More like stuck up each others butts, I'm suprised they havent lived together yet. They insisted doing everything together. Which meant Ian was everywhere I turned around. No privacy with that kid.

We grew up together, which he denied. I never knew why he was so ashamed to say that he knew me. He made my high school life complete hell. Horrible. He hated me and i never knew why. That was another reason why i decided to move far away. To get away from him.

I jumped. I had been so caught up in the horrible day ahead of me tomorrow, I got sidetracked and realized the bell to leave class was ringing. I leaped up, and practically ran out of class to my dorm!

When i got to my room, my phone started ringing. If only i could find it. ahh, found it!

"Hello?" i answered.

"Adah, darling where are you?", yeah it was my mother. The one and only.

"I'm packing, which you are clearly interrupting. I catch my flight in an hour. See you when i get there. Love you. Bye" I hung up before mom could get the chance to say anthing else. If i hadn't hung up I swear I would have been on the phone forever.

***

I boarded my flight, exausted. I found my seat, and quickly drifted asleeep....zzzzzzzZZZZ.

***

I woke to the flight attendant shaking me awake.

"Ma'am, your plane has landed, please exit the plane" she stated.

"Thank you"

I got into the car waiting to pick me up, to take me to my parent's house. They insisted on having all of my stuff delivered to the house the next day. Which i was okay with. I sat anxious the whole way there, all nerves were to the surface. Of course my parents knew that Ian was going to be there, but i was just trying to blow it off. He would probably be off with some girl, seeing he could care less if I was graduating college.

We pulled up the house. I must admit, my parents did pretty well financially. Really well, not to brag. I quickly walked to the door, knocking. I expected to see my mom open the door and jump into my arms, but no.

You will never guess who opened the door.

uhhh.. i stuttered.

"Well, are you going to come in?, Ian stated with that little smirk he gives.

"Sure," walking in.

I looked around to see where my parents were. Hmm, no where.

"umm where are my parents?", i asked confused.

"Not here." he stated like it was no big deal.

What! I was so confused.
