Pale fingers gripped tightly onto a magazine. The duke's eyebrow twitched at the sight of an article dedicated to his opponents known as Heavens. Curse words were muttered under his breath while he sat at the kitchen table, becoming heavily invested into the magazine. He didn't even realize (Y/n) had stepped into the room.

She smiled at him with a cup of coffee in hand. Morning coffee was her favorite, but she managed to pry herself from it, placing it down on the counter to quietly sneak behind the distracted Camus.

He jumped in his seat when her two arms suddenly wrapped around him in embrace.

"Good morning!"

"(Y/n)!"

She laughed at his startled reaction, like all good lovers do. He rolled his eyes and went back to his magazine. Her lips formed a pout as she poked his neck, trying to get his attention.

He sighed, putting the book of paper down on the table. He stood up to face her with an unamused look. Her finger booped his cheek, earning a faint smile that he desperately tried to hide.

"Foolish.." He muttered before sitting again with his back facing her, like it was before.

(Y/n) retrieved her coffee from the counter and took a large sip. She and her precious cup, then, trotted over to back over to Camus. Of course, she was going to bug him a little more.

Her free hand tangled through his platinum locks. Knowing how much time he spends on it, she was sure it would irritate him if she touched it. Surprisingly, it didn't irritate him at all, he actually liked it. His eyes closed, leaning his head more towards her hand. She couldn't help but giggle at the expression he was making, she really didn't expect this.

His eyes shot open and his head straightened instantly after hearing what he took as a mocking laugh. Red colored his face as he avoided eye contact. His eye brows furrowed more and more as she continued giggling next to him, almost spilling her coffee onto the wooden floor.

The magazine was picked up and opened once again, this time only to hide the embarrassed man's face as he repeated to himself, "Foolish.."
