Wedding Ring (EXO Sehun)

ONE SHOT

"WOULD YOU HURRY UP?!" Your husband, Sehun screamed at you. You quickened your pace, holding bags of groceries, with NONE of his help at all.

You were married for 3 years. At the start of the marriage, he wasn't like this. He wasn't insensitive. Actually, he cared and loved you so much, but then he just suddenly... changed.

While walking to the parking, you bumped into a girl. "Oh, I'm sorry!" You said. "Oh, it's okay." She said softly.

Sehun walked back towards you. "Really? You can't even freaking walk properly?!" He scolded you.

"Sehun?" The girl said, looking at your husband. Sehun looked at the girl, with eyes widened. The girl hugged Sehun.

You coughed, a sign for them to let go of eachother. "Oh, hi. I'm (y/n), Sehun's wife." You introduced yourself.

"Really? But I'm his girlfriend.." She said.

You froze. For you, the world stopped turning. You dropped the groceries and ran to the parking, ignoring Sehun, who was calling your name.

When you reached the car, you sat down on the side of it and just cried. It all made sense, the coldness towards you, his abusiveness, his insults and comments. It all made sense, and it broke your heart.

"Jagiya..." You heard his voice calling you softly.

You stood up, still looking at the floor. "Some guts you have to still call me that." You muttered. "Let me expl-" you cut him off.

"Sehun, Explain what? Explain how she's better? Explain how much you love her more than me? Oh, what am I saying, you don't love me, right?" You laughed softly while still crying.

"How long?" You asked. He put his head down and looked at the floor. "T-two years ago."

"How stupid it was of me to not even notice and tolerate your fucking attitude towards me, and now I know why. You promised me infront of God, that even death wouldn't do us part, Sehun. You promised me that I was the one. The only one. But those promises are broken, aren't they?"

You turned around and started walking but looked back again. "Never show yourself to me." You said as you threw your wedding ring to the ground.

•2 months after•

You were jogging in the park early morning. When you saw a familiar face sitting on the bench. It was him, the guy who broke your heart.

He was thin, and fatigued. His eyes look tired and red.

You were about to walk away, but he called you.

"What do you want?" You asked, annoyed. "Please, (y/n), hear me out." You hesitated, but sat next to him.

"Look, I am so sorry. For everything. I was stupid for finding someone else even though I already had the best I could have. I'm miserable without you, can't you see? I love you. I still love you. I always will love you. Please, please forgive me." You looked at him and he was crying. Your heart and mind was saying to forgive him.

Just then, he knelt down infront of you. "Sehun! what are you doing?! Get up." You said. "No. Please, forgive me," he took out the two rings he was wearing on a chain around his neck.

It was your wedding rings. "Put the ring on me, and i'll put the ring on you. Please."

You took his ring, and put it around his slim fingers. And he put yours on you. You both stood up, and he hugged you tight. "I love you. I missed you." He said, before passionately kissing you.
