Niall’s POV
The bell rang out through the school signaling the end of recess. Rachel, Louis and I split away from our friends as we made our way over towards the music rooms. We had a double Music lesson with Mr Magson in between our two brakes. I felt my hand go cold as Rachel let go to greet a friends of hers. After they hugged and laughed Rachel lead her over to where we where standing.
“Boys, this is Eliza. We were in the musical together a couple of years ago and now were pretty much sisters” She said as Eliza slung her arm across Rachel’s shoulders “And Eliza this is Niall and Louis” Rachel finished gesturing to each, me and Lou.
“Hi guys” Eliza said
“Hi”
“Hey”
“Lets not wait for the grass to grow people, come inside” Mr Magson yelled as he swung the door open letting people go in and take their seats.
“Come on” Rachel said grabbing my hand and leading me inside leaving Louis and Eliza to walk in together
Our music class room was set out with just rows of chairs in front of sir’s desk and the smart board. Rachel pulled me to the middle row which was just four seats, sitting me on the end and her next to me, I’m guessing so she could sit next to me and Eliza. Speak of the devil I looked up the sound of loud laughter to see her and Louis walking through the door laughing at some unknown joke I’m guessing Lou had just told her. They both spotted us at the same time and made their way over. As Eliza sat down I saw her glance down at something in between Rachel and I was just about to say something but stopped when sir spoke.
“Alright class today I want you to continue your research on the invention of each of the specific genre that I have given you, so got off into your pairs and get to it.” Sir finished his speech by waving hands in different directions of the room.
Before I even had time to react Rachel had been pulled away by Eliza to start their work, but I saw her throw an apologetic look over her shoulder before they sat down leaving Lou and me to finish off our work. Me and Lou had be assigned rap or how Mr Magson liked to spell it crap with a silent ‘c’.
It wasn’t long since we had all been at work when we heard very loud giggling coming from the corner of the room. I furrowed my eyebrows and looked over to see Eliza and Rachel leaning over each other in a fit of giggles at another unknown joke. I heard sir sigh near me as he spoke to them.
“Eliza, Rachel is there something you’d like to share with the class?” He asked as they tried to calm down enough to answer
“No, not particularly” Eliza said shrugging her shoulders
I snorted into my hand and Rachel burst into another fit of giggles at Eliza’s reply but I knew sir would not like that response.
“Ok, disturb the class again and see what happens” Mr Magson said turning back to his work
I watched as Rachel’s eye widen and go straight back to her work.
I shook my head but watched Eliza leant over to Rachel, a smirk on her face and whisper something into her ear.
“Eliza!” Rachel yelled jumping away from her friends in shock, then realized she had said that out loud and turned to look at every eye in the class on her.
“Sorry” She said blushing but the damage was done
“Rachel, Eliza come here please” Mr Magson said over the whispers which had begun at Rachel‘s outburst
