Opening: I'm Shelby and me and my best friend are time travelers. And with these powers, we vow to protect Portland and all of the time from crazy threats. Trust us we know what we're doing.....sort of.
"So what are we doing this weekend," Cid asked her best friend.
"Well I got us two tickets to see the new 300 reboot" Shelby replied.
"Oh I love that movie it has just the right amount of violence" She smiled.
"And it's in a historic setting dating back to a time that's actually relevant" Shelby added.
"Yeah, sure," Cid said barely paying attention as she raided Shelby's fridge.
Just outside the house, best friends Barry and Naldo were eavesdropping on the girls to see what they were going to be doing this weekend.
"Barry, why are we eavesdropping on the girls?" Naldo asked.
"Well since the tachyons we got from Cid and Shelby are still being processed in the R.V. I have nothing to do" Barry replied.
"You see Barry and Naldo right?" Cid asked her best friend.
Ignoring Cid's comment, Shelby walked over to the window to bang on it, scaring the oblivious boys.
"Cut it out ya creeps" Shelby yelled.
"Let's leave them here and jump to when we're at the movie theater" Cid suggested.
Shelby nodded before high fiving her best friend. The minute their hands touched the duo started to vibrate as they gave off a yellow aura.
The girls felt themselves being whisked away only to feel sucked in a vaccum.
They opened their eyes to a windy, sandy plain. The sun was beading down on their faces, Cid was already sweating.
"Shelby where are we?" Cid asked.
"More importantly when are we?" Shelby replied with another question.

Now that the girls were gone, Barry and Naldo had nothing to do. They spent about an hour lounging around in Shelby's lounge chair, but they grew bored and decided to check up on the tachyons.
The boys looked into the container to examine the particles.
"Interesting the tachyons seem to be attaching themselves to the container"
"They tickle too" Naldo said giggling as a few tachyons started to dissolve in his skin.
"RANALDO!?!" Barry screamed as he tried to wipe off the tachyons.
"DO YOU KNOW WHAT COULD HAPPEN TO YOU RIGHT NOW!!"
Naldo looked at the frightened boy in confusion.
"What could happen Barry" He asked, completely oblivious to the danger he was in.
"You could get all types of diseases from this stuff, do you want to have skin cancer or something?" Barry asked.
Barry couldn't get the substance fully off Naldo, so he decided to take him and powerwash him.
But when Barry tried to start the R.V. it wouldn't turn on.
"Great now I have to deal with this" Barry sighed as he stepped out of the vehicle with Naldo following. The scientist opened up the hood to see what was wrong with the R.V. this time.
"Everything looks fine"Barry stated while examining the engine.
"What about the big cube thingy" Naldo asked while touching the battery.
"Naldo! watch it"
Barry watched as the battery started to glow.
"What's going on?"Naldo asked his friend.
"I think the battery is absorbing the tachyons" Barry explained.
Just then the R.V. turned on.
"Um,that's odd"Barry stated closing the hood.
"It seems the tachyons repaired what was wrong with the R.V."
Naldo followed Barry into the R.V.
He changed gears ready to drive off.
But as they were entering the highway the R.V. began to shake.
"Oh no, what's going on"Barry sighed as he checks the dashboard for warning lights.
"Uh, Barry?"Naldo said in a panicked tone.
Barry looked back and saw the rear side of the R.V. glowing and disappearing. Barry saw Naldo vanish before him.
"Wha-"Barry uttered before being engulfed into the void of nothingness.

"Check your phone and see where are we"Cid suggested.
Shelby pulled out her phone to look.
"It says were in Manfalut, EYGPT"
"EYGPT, cool I've always wanted to try Egyptian food"Cid exclaimed.
"We still don't know what time period were in or if this is some post-apocalyptic world," Shelby said as she started to hyperventilate.
All of a sudden they heard the sounds of yelling. And it was getting louder.
"Cid I'm freaking out," Shelby said grabbing her best friend.
"HOLD YOUR GROUND MEN!" Someone yelled as an army of Roman soldiers circled the girls.
"Is it weird that I'm craving Ceaser salad right now" Cid questioned.
"How do you know my name," A guy said hoping off his horse.
Shelby turned to Cid with fear and excitement in her eyes.
"Either his name is salad or thats Julius freaking Ceaser"
"I'm gonna go in a limb and say it was the latter one"Cid replied.
