Chapter 1
It's the year 2209. OsCorp still exists, but their recession has driven them into bankruptcy. Blake Rudy, a scientist in the Superhuman Somatics division, has attempted to recreate Spider-Man's powers. As he attempted to recreate the web slinger's web, the H-Bombers break in to steal research about Spider-Man's power.
Having no more choice, Rudy injects the web fluid to prevent the terrorists from taking the research. As soon as he injects it, he passes out
Chapter 2
Rudy wakes up in his home. He find his wrists swollen badly. He tries his webs and accidentally wraps his arms with web gloves.
"YEAH!!"exclaims Rudy. His girlfriend, Samantha Gemma, then appears. Rudy then reveals his powers to her
Chapter 3
2 months later, Rudy is now Spider-Man. He now fights crime. New York is now a very safe place, until the emergence of Venom, a.k.a. his rival in Biotics division, Max Brock.
Chapter 4
Fighting hard in Times Square, Venom fatally wounds Spider-Man, slicing his neck. But Spider-Man throws Venom into a burning car, instantly killing him. Samantha then appears, where Rudy confesses his love for her, then he dies in her arms.
Epilogue
Sam takes the genes of Rudy, injecting herself with it, taking the mantle of Spider-Woman, continuing his legacy
