I woke up quite early in the morning, maybe a little too early. Louis, your 1 year boyfriend, had taken you to a trip to Paris. It was a dream for you to go to Paris. You got up and brushed your teeth and putting one of Louis' wooly sweater on. You opened the balcony door taking the beautiful view of Paris.

You felt two strong arms wrap around your waist pulling you close. "Morning baby." Louis said leaving little kisses on your neck. "Mary, have I ever told you how much I love you?" you giggled at his question. "Yes Lou, I'm pretty sure you have." you turned around giving him a peck on the lips. "What are we doing today." you asked "well I'm taking you somewhere special." he said winking at you. "now go and get dolled up!, I'll meet you in an hour!" he quickly kissed you and took his bag and ran out the hotel room.

Turning the shower on, you got in washing your hair and body quickly, getting out the shower you stepped into your black lace dress which fit your body perfectly. You plugged in the curling iron curling your blondish/gold hair into loose curls cascading down your back. for makeup you put smokey eye shadow with mascara making your light brown eyes pop out and red lipstick. Finishing off you sprayed only angels by Victoria Secret all over your body and slipping on your black heels.

A couple of minutes later there was a knock on the door, you were greeted by Louis wearing a tux looking handsome as always. "hey beautiful, you look stunning as always babe." he said pulling your hand into his taking you to his car.

"Now Mary I'm going to put this blindfold on you, no peeking!" he tied the black cloth on your eyes gently tightening it. "Lou please tell me where we're going, don't tell me your kidnapping me." you could hear his cute giggles as he started the car.

The car finally stopped, he helped you out the car holding your waist protectively from behind. "in 3...2...1" he pulled the blindfold off and you couldn't believe it. it was a canopy with silver lights surrounding the place, roses scattered all over the floor with a table and two chairs in the middle. "oh my god" was all you could get out, too busy pinching yourself thinking it was all a dream. "hope you like it baby" Louis said kissing your forehead. "you serious! I love it Lou!" he turned you around so you were facing him. "That is not all love."

He got down on one knee, already you could feel the happy tears in your eyes welling up.

"Mary, since the first day I saw you at the park, I fell in love with you, your smile, your eyes, your hair and most importantly your personality, I get lost in your eyes when you look at me, the way your lips move when you speak, damn I cant get my eyes off you. I cant live without you. will you marry me?"

You grinned and yelled a yes as he slid the ring on lifting you up spinning you around. He kissed you passionately like it was the end of the world.

"I love you so much lou." you leant your foreheads against each other smiling. "I love you too Mary"

Love is just a word until someone special gives it a meaning <3
