Before you read....so you know wtf is happening.

They're all Juniors in high school, btw (except for one)

Sally Trebech: Long, slightly wavy brown hair, pale skin, with bright blue eyes. Her style is comfortably stylish, consisting of sweatshirts, tees, long sleeves, etc. Her parents have worked their entire lives, and officially started traveling once she turned fourteen. She has a great relationship with them, which makes her hurt even more when they're away. She often stays at home with her dog, Portly, who keeps her more company than anyone in the world. She's not afraid of going out to parties and stuff, but she prefers to stay in and listen to music or watch Netflix.

Christian Waters: The same height as Sally, with short, blond-brown hair that sticks up every which way, pale skinned with freckles, and brown eyes with green flecked in them. His style is relaxed modern 60's, with checkered flannels and some tee shirts, with ripped jeans and either loafers or Converse. He has a close relationship with his good friend Valerie, but he doesn't know how he truly feels for her. He constantly deals with conflicting feelings and doesn't know how to handle them, so he can tend to lash out at times, but he can never really hurt a fly.

Jenny Parks: Sally's best friend. She has straight black hair that reaches her shoulders, with tan skin and bright green eyes with bits of gray in them. Her style is FashionNova-esque, like Instagram baddie chic. She is a total party animal, unlike her friend, and she lives life in the fast lane. She has a very very close relationship with her sister, Dana, and lives in a wealthy part of town. She has major confidence levels, and she's outgoing, but is very humble with herself.

Myles Jensen: Sally's best friend since birth, and Jenny's best friend. He has black hair that hangs in a fringe high up his forehead, almost in a quiff, golden skin with deep brown eyes. His style is purely basic, with different colored tees and simple skinny jeans. He and Sally have been friends since they came out of the womb, so they basically have a brother-sister relationship. (You don't have to worry about some kind of love triangle or some shit, he's 1000% gay) He cares greatly about his mother, who grows very ill every day due to brain cancer. He's a gentle creature, but can get angry when someone insults someone he loves.

Dana Parks: The fourth of the quartet, and Jenny's sister. She has longer hair than Jenny, but it is the same color. Her style is a mix of Jenny's and Christians, and her style can totally be dubbed as a Tumblr hipsters. She's a sophomore in high school, so she's younger. She has a major league crush on Myles, but doesn't know that he's gay (he only ever came out to his mom and Sally). She's more outgoing than her sister, which is saying something, but is also super shy around new people until she officially gets to know them.

Valerie Martin: The enemy of the quartet, and has been torturing Sally since kindergarten. She has long blond hair that's always sleek and shiny, with spray tanned-skin and light brown eyes. Her style is borderline slutty, with short skirts and crop tops, and shorts that stop just under her butt. She always sleeps with a new guy each week, but has conflicting feelings about Christian. It's almost love, but she can't handle a real relationship because of her long history and her hatred of commitment. Her parents are very wealthy, and spoil her all the time. She has the biggest ego, and isn't afraid to take someone down a peg, and is just a huge bitch.

Tyler Sanders: The biggest douche in all the land, Valerie's main fuck-buddy, and Christians alleged best friend. He has pale skin, with short dark brown hair and gray eyes. He's had his eyes on Sally for the longest time, but was never upfront about his feelings. He has the typical douchey style, with varsity jackets, polos, khakis, etc. He really doesn't have much of a story besides that, he's a basic douchebag. There's literally no personality to him, but he isn't afraid to push to get what he wants, whether they want it or not.

Portly: Sally's dog, a cute little brown Yorkie, who sticks by Sally's side through it all. He's literally a sweetheart, like all dogs.

Setting: A smaller part of Brooklyn, New York
