Am I Not Good Enough for the GMG?

~I LIVE!!!!!!!! *panting on the ground in exhaustion* Hello my lovely readers! Sorry I haven't update in like....forever but here is the next part. I PROMISE to update again this week. 

PLEASE READ!!!!!!! Because I fail to remember the Grand Magic Games and would like to a bit of a twist to some parts, the GMG will be a bit different but not majorly, (just wanted to give you a heads up for later in the story). Thanks you so much for the comments and I don't own Fairy Tail nor the characters OR the picture but I do own the OC. 

Antonio's PoV

          As Natsu, Happy and I reached the guild, I noticed that some people were staring at me with awe. I wonder why? Confused, I nearly jumped when a little girl tugged on my shirt. Glancing down at her, she asked me in an innocent voice.

          "Antonio-sama, can you please show me your magic again? It's beautiful in the sunlight and we haven't seen it in a while because you're always gone on missions," I smiled at her before rubbing her chocolate brown locks.

          "Of course Jennifer," she grinned when I took a step back and stared up towards the sky.

          "Water Dragon Roar!!!!" as the geyser of water shot up into the sky, I slipped in some glitter and suddenly the water shimmer, like it was full of other magic. Jennifer gasped as Natsu and Happy were left both breathless and speechless. I laughed lightly at their reactions before turning around.

          "I have to go Jennifer but I promise that you'll see more of my magic when I'm in the GMG," she nodded, knowing what I meant and ran back towards her smiling mother. Deciding to continue to our original destination, I refused to acknowledge the dragon slayer and exceed behind me. Reaching the front doors, I was greeted with the sight of the guild members fighting. Natsu joined instantly while I walked up to the bar.

          "Glass of water please," Laki nodded when I began to toy with her. As soon as she turned on the water, I made the water stop and begin to float around her. She giggled, causing me to blush, and turned off the water.

          "Antonio-kun, please stop. Your magic is very beautiful but please be careful. We don't want someone to drown again," I blushed and let the water fall into the cup as she brought it to me. We both smile when Gramps shouted.

          "SILENCE!!!" the whole guild was silent in seconds as I sipped my water. Letting the cool sensation calm me, I tuned out Gramps and focused on Team Natsu, who was sitting in a corner. Wendy smelled of a fresh cotton breeze, Natsu smelled like burning hickory wood and foreign spices, Gray had the scent of crisp pine trees and cool mint, Erza obviously smelled like strawberry cheesecake and finally, Lucy held the scent of peaches and tropical fruit. I sighed when Gramps announced the two teams for the GMG.

          "Team A will be..."

          I nearly forgot to breath as Makarov spoke the guildmates' names. My eyes grew dimer and dimer as the his didn't speak my name.

          "Team A is Erza Scarlet, Natsu Dragneel, Gray Fullbuster, Lucy Heartfilia and Elfman Strauss," I nearly whimpered as the fire dragon slayer shouted in glee. Was I still useless? Even after all my fighting, does the master still see me as a child? My green eyes were closed as warm water pricked the eyelids. I guess I still have abandonment problems and low self-esteem. Before I could even wonder, Wendy was hugging me and running a hand through my hair. Sky dragons must be able to sense when a water dragon's distress. She slowly began to chant some comforting words when I put a hand on her shoulder.

          "Thanks Wendy but I don't think your magic can heal this wound," she nodded, although not fully understanding. Getting up out of my chair, I made my way towards the exit when I sensed someone's magic growing. It was Juvia's.

          "Why isn't Juvia with Gray-sama?" I tensed, feeling Juvia's magic try to control the water. My inner dragon growled at the threat of someone trying to take over my element when Wendy spoke to the Water Mage.

          "Juvia, could you not use your magic? You make a certain person feel threaten," Gajeel, Natsu, Wendy and Juvia glanced at me and I frowned. I guess the Master will always see me as a child. With that final thought in my head, I left the guild with sadden eyes.
