Frozen Flames

Chapter 1

Chapter 1:
I woke up frightened because of my nightmare. Ever since Elsa came back from her ice castle and everything was fixed I started have nightmares where I would get burnt to death or the castle would be on fire.I also started getting these really high fevers.Elsa keeps worrying about me but I keep pushing her away just like she did to me before.I feel bad because I didn't like it when she did it to me and now I'm doing back to her.I just don't know what's going on right now and just need some personal space.I haven't been able to leave the castle because the doctor said it would be best that I stayed inside till my temperature got back to its original area.I miss Kristoff a lot but I can't let anyone in my room in case this is a sickness that spreads.The last time I remember being with Kristoff was when we kissed and skated with the whole kingdom.A lot of the people have been asking about me and I have sent most of them letters explaining what happened.*Knock*Knock*"Who is it?" I swear if that's Elsa I'm gonna be ticked off."It's the doctor I'm here for your checkup."Ugh I really am beginning to hate doctors."Come in" I let him check my temperature and give me medicine then I asked him politely if he could leave so I could sleep for a little.In my dream I saw Elsa I'm the distance in her ice castle again.I went up to I and did the same thing as last time except I wasn't accompanied by the others this time. The door opened as soon as I knocked and before I knew it Elsa was there waiting for me by the frozen fountain. She gave me a curious look then ran away. I screamed her name but she ignored me. When I got to the top she has crouched in a corner as if she were scared of something. I looked my hand and I saw a huge flame and I asked her to help me and I was screaming then I woke up. Elsa was pounding on my door and finally I opened it. "What happened why were you screaming." I didn't realize I was screaming outside of my dream. " I just had a bad nightmare that's all Elsa."She is so protective. "What was it about?" "Nothing Elsa." Why does she care."I'm not leaving until you tell me about it." "Fine I was at your old ice castle you were scared and I had a flame in my hand and then I started screaming and woke up." She gave me a small smile and then left the room. I looked out my window and saw Kristoff at the palace gates. He waved a piece of paper in front of the guards and they let him in. They never let anyone in unless Elsa says they can, but why would she need Kristoff? I walked to the main hall out of curiosity to find out why he was here. I sat on the staircase so I could eavesdrop on their conversation. "I'm sorry to call you here on such short notice but I know how much you care for Anna and wanted to make sure you knew. I learned today that Anna is starting to gain powers." What is she talking about I don't have any powers? "What do you mean she is starting to gain powers?" "Well Anna woke up from a nightmare screaming and when she told me about it she said there was a flame in her hand and that I was scared." What does that have to do with anything? "So what is this dream supposed to mean, how does this mean she has powers?" "I read about it in a book. It said that if someone gets their heart frozen theirs a possibility that some of the magic will rub off on them in a different form like Anna's fire magic." I've heard enough about this I'm going to go back to my room.
