time skip: a month later
When the accident happened it was around the second half of the school year. Yoongi stayed in a hospital for a couple months and that of course was an obstacle for his studies.
After he recovered and started going back to school there were two months and a half left until the end. It was his last year in high school but he was still not sure what he wanted to with his life.
Be a doctor, run his own business, become an international idol, have a music studio, travel the world, he didn't know. Nobody pressured him to choose, for now all he had to do is concentrate on getting his life back, which was harder than he thought it would be.
Today was the ceremony for all the students that were graduating this year in high school so everyone had to be gathered in the school. It was a boring event for students and even teachers.
Yoongi, Jin, Bobby and Wobin were the oldest in their little group of friends. They were walking to school together thinking about the party they'd be going later that night to celebrate their freedom.
Yoongi was happy. His life was somehow stable now. He had a lot of fun with his old friends, made new ones for this short time, remembered a lot of things, thanks to Jimin of course. Jimin.
Just saying his name in his head was enough for Yoongi to feel the warmth around him and 'summon' his cute ghost.
Jimin appeared near them sitting down on the grass smiling at Yoongi like a little kid.
The black haired stopped in his tracks and mouthed a quick 'be right back' to the others before going to Jimin.
"Hey Jiminnie why are you here?" Yoongi asked happy that the younger appeared out of nowhere and got curious for the reason.
Jimin's cheeks flushed red upon hearing the nickname Yoongi gave him so many years ago after the two met.
Yoongi also realized that he just gave Jimin a nickname and assumed it was something that he usually used before since Jimin didn't question it.
"Well my name popped in your head just now and here I am" Jimin motioned to the boys that were now far from them walking ahead to the school.
He wanted to talk with the older about some things, but he saw it wasn't the perfect time. Yoongi had his graduating ceremony and he was so happy that Jimin couldn't spill all the things he wanted, it just wasn't the right time.
"Oh yeah, I was thinking about how much you helped me for the past months. I mean the whole amnesia thing, I got through it pretty easily and it was thanks to you so... thank you" Yoongi said cheerfully smiling sincerely to the younger who nodded and mumbled a little 'you're welcome'
But Jimin wasn't happy. Yoongi did remember a lot of things but still he was blind about something so important, for the most important thing.
And Yoongi still didn't know the answer to the question he oh so desired to ask.
